JWA SG 09/2023 - World Tag Team Championship Match

[Chad Shredsbury]

LeRay:  Kickout at two and two thirds!  

Beeman:  Kickout?!  How did he survive that?  LeBiggun needs to put a little pep in his step, LeRay.  The champs have been robbed.

LeRay:  Penguino is no happier about it than you are, Sean.  But Duke Mongoose and Pierre are both up in their respective corners, and ready so see what happens next here.  Something tell me we are on the verge of a pier six brawl.

Beeman:  I think you're right.  There's no stopping these guys at Piers 1-5.  

LeRay:  Penguino sends Chesterton into the ropes, but a reversal from the Welsh Waverider sees Penguino coming back into a hard Japanese armdrag.  

Beeman:  They do Japanese armdrags in Cardiff?

LeRay:  Apparently so.  But the bird man is up quickly, and just as quickly he meets with a step up enzugiri.  Chesterton rushes to the corner, runs up the ropes and flies into a picture perfect moonsault for a cover of his own.  One-two-

Beeman:  No!  The Duke comes down and clobbers him with a double axehandle to make the save!  Atta boy, Dukey!

[Pierre The Enormous]

*I stomp to get Chesterton hyped up*

[Penguino]

LeRay "Now we seem to have reached a stalemate as both legal men are on the floor exhausted with their respective partners banging on the apron to support them."

Beeman "C'mon 'Guino make the Duke proud."

LeRay "Both men get up at the same time and make hot tags to the fresh men and Pierre looks angry at Mongoose."

Beeman "But now Penguino helping his partner like a smart man errr bird by blindsiding Pierre and allowing Mongoose to rake his eyes."

LeRay "I don't agree with the methods but I will give him credit for helping his partner."

Beeman "Well now look at Duke's wrestling knowledge as he stomps on Pierre relentlessly. Taking advantage, the true wrestling style."

Duke stomps on the enormous one for a bit and then Penguino holds him up against the ropes so Mongoose can get a few punches in.

LeRay "Pierre in trouble here but he breaks free of Pengino's grasp and is now running into Mongoose sending him tumbling down to the ground."

Beeman "Oh the humanity look at this he's sitting on him now, this can't be allowed."

[Pierre The Enormous]

LeRay: I tHoUgHt AlL wAs FaIr iN wReStLiNg!

Beeman: Shut up.....

*I continue sitting on Duke's chest and repeatedly drop my belly on him*

[Duke Mongoose]

LeRay: Penguino is now attacking Pierre while he's obliterating Mongoose, and Shredsbury slides back in to keep fighting!

Beeman: I think LeBiggun is losing control of this thing.

LeRay: Johnny Kobra has now joined the fracas! BUT HERE COMES TROGLO!!!

Beeman: This is insanity!

LeRay: We've got a impromptu six-man brawl and referee JP LeBiggun is calling for the bell. We've got a no contest!

Beeman: That means Duke and Penguino are still the tag team champions!

LeRay: That's true, but I imagine Kip Whistler will be booking a rematch with stipulations in the near future.

Beeman: Ahh fooey!

[Chad Shredsbury]

LeRay. This one has been thrown out to be sure, but there’s still a lot of bad blood and jawing back and forth in the ring between everyone involved.

Beeman. But they have been momentarily separated, which is disappointing.

LeRay. Johnny Kobra has really taken exception to Troglo’s presence here. He’s still hot about it, that much is clear, but Penguino is now holding his training partner and manager back. It looks like— oh my! A super kick to Johnnys face by Chesterton just laid him out. Penguino and Duke are stunned. They are tending to Johnny on the floor. Pierre is shocked as well.

Beeman. That idiot Troglo looks pretty pleased about it. He’s applauding Shredsbury— whoa! Shredsbury super kicks Troglo as well! Wow! Finally, something I can get behind!

LeRay. I can’t believe it. No one can believe it. What has gotten into Chesterton?

Beeman. Common sense maybe.

LeRay. Pierre the Enormous looks like he doesn’t know what to do… and Chesterton Shredsbury is waking right out of here without a care in the world…
