How to book a Triple Theeat Main Event

I'm running the style where PPV format is set for you.

I noticed on my second show, the main event can sometimes have a triple threat main event but I can never get one on my main show.

How do I tailor storylines to end in a triple threat main event?

If you're playing classic booking, you can book a triple threat title match at any point during the first 3 weeks.
The only P4V that ends with a world title triple threat is the February show
