OOC: A draw in a TLC match? In my opinion that means the champs win

OOC: I have an idea for a way to unsnarl this while still giving it at least a visual draw.

Omega rushes the ring with a burst of energy and plants Red with a Satyr Kick before dropping to a knee. DOOM has his back turned as he slowly works up the nerve to climb. The ladder rungs bow under his weight as he creeps up. Omega grabs the ropes to pull himself back up.
LeRay: DOOM's going to do it! He won them BattleDome and he's doing it again!
Omega rushes up the ladder, meeting DOOM at the top. The two begin swinging fists at each other.
Beeman: Omega's going to do it! DOOM's side of the ladder is going to give out.
Omega gets the upper hand, but DOOM doesn't seem like he's going to be subdued for long. Omega scans the surroundings.
LeRay: Omega's stood on top of the ladder, He's turning around
Beeman: EXODUS OF HELIOS! ALL THE WAY FROM THE TOP OF THE LADDER THROUGH OUR ANOUNCE TABLE!
LeRay: Absolute carnage at ringside here. Omega and DOOM laid out at our feet. And Red and Conor are stirring.

As the fans take up a "That. Was. Awesome" chant, Rogers and Caine stagger upright and see eachother across the ring.
LeRay: With their partners out of comission it's down to these two former champions, and that look will tell you all you need to know.
(There's a very brief pause and then both men lunge for the ladder and start to scramble up)
LeRay: Conor Caine looks like he's turbo charged as he scales the ladder while the Scarlet SeaDog is just a rung below Beeman: Oh god, I can't watch! (There's a sharp crack and a thud) LeRay: Oh No! Beeman: What?!? What? I'm covering my eyes Sean!! LeRay: It looks like Rogers ended up using DOOM's side of the ladder, and one of those rungs did indeed break leaving the Scarlet Seadog clutching at air as he fell three rungs below the champ. Beeman: I can watch again. LeRay: Caine sees an opportunity to have the ladder to himself, and he's kicking out at Rogers but...oh! (Rogers pulls on Caine's boot and the Alpha slips through the rungs struggling to gain his balance) Beeman: That's it, I'm covering my eyes again! LeRay: Rogers has a chance and...oh would you look at that! Beeman: NO! LeRay: Rogers grips the outside of the ladder and vaults himself up past the broken rung...he's almost there...but Caine's back in it too..
(Each man grabs the ring where the belts are strapped and pulls, engaging in a fierce tug of war, occasionally swinging at the rival when they pull in...fans take up another three syllable chant: "Fight-For-Ever"!)
LeRay: Something's gotta give here... Beeman: Please let it be Rogers' back!
(With a mighty jerk the ring holding the belts snaps and each man tumbles off the ladder holding one of the tag title belts. They crash to the canvas and look utterly spent. The referee looks from one man to the next and waves his hands)
Wink: The referee has informed me, that as a result of both teams having retrieved one of the belts...this match is...a...DRAW!!! Beeman: What?!? LeRay: It's bedlam here folks! We'll see you next week (fade out)

As the show is fading to black, we see a shot of Kip Whistler standing in the entrance way, shaking his head in a combination of disbelief and disgust.
