Mixed Tag Team Match - One Fall - 30 Minute Time Limit
Lord Taylor Thorin & Lady Diana Gallus vs. Artemis & Reuben P. Thimbleberry

[Artemis]

"The Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult sounds, and the JerkTron shows the names of Artemis and Thimbleberry, before the visage breaks to reveal "THE SHATTERED". Artemis and Thimbleberry emerge from the entrance ramp, Artemis dragging an eager Thimbles by the collar. They enter the ring, turning around to face the ramp, a demented grin shared between the two.

Beeman: It's horrible, imagine having your name besmirched and your reputation shattered the way these two have.

LeRay: They've brought literally all of this onto themselves, they're the ones who decided to backstab their closest associates rather than be adults and manage their emotions properly. 

Beeman: Thorin used to be respectable, but he's let himself go down the drain. Especially now pairing himself up with this wannabe.

"Run The World" by Beyonce hits, and the JerkTron lights up with regal font showing "Lord Thorin and Lady Gallus". The royal couple emerge from the entrance ramp in matching purple ring gear.

LeRay: I'm not one to speculate, but after he mentioned a few weeks ago how he wasn't sure if he'd get in this ring again, many fans have speculated that, win or lose, this match will see Thorin hanging up his boots.

Beeman: All the more reason to expect him to lose. Ever since he turned pathetic goody, he was going on about his aspirations to get a shot at the World Heavyweight Title. And what did he do with that, absolutely nothing. If this match is how he ends his career, then I hope he can look back on this last stretch and see where he went wrong.

LeRay: I'd argue he's got nothing to regret. While World Title aspirations may have alluded his grasp, he's found someone who seems fully game to support him, whatever his next steps may be.

Beeman: Enough of the chatting, let's get this match over with.

The bell rings.

["Lord" Taylor Thorin]

On the apron, Thorin turns to Lady Gallus: "That's the last time I walk out to Beyonce!".

He grins as he wipes his feet on the apron and steps in, his face turning into a grimace as he looks over to his former assistant.  He goes towards Tembleberry but Artemis steps in between the two.  This may be an inter-gender match, but Thorin clearly doesn't like the idea of mixing it up with a woman.  The crowd are begging Thorin to do something, but they pop louder when Lady Gallus jumps on Artemis with a Thesz Press and starts wailing away!  The referee therefore backs Thorin off and out of the ring, and Tembleberry does the same as the two old rivals take center stage.

Gallus has Artemis backed into a corner and connect with a stiff right jab.  She then looks over to Thorin before turning back to Artemis and delivers a smart European Uppercut reminiscent of her partner for today.  A snapmare has Artemis back in the middle of the ring, but as Gallus prepares her next move, Tembleberry grabs a hold of her from behind.

Thorin, who was surprisingly calm until this point, pushes past the referee and goes for Tembleberry.  But the latter drops of the apron and backs off, with the referee stepping in front of Thorin.  Tembleberry uses this distraction and grabs a hold of Lady Gallus' foot before pulling her down.  Artemis is now on top as Thorin complains from his corner.

LERAY: "A hot start here, clearly the referee is going to have his hands full!"

BEEMAN: "He should just let them go at it!"

[Artemis]

Artemis is pummeling away on her former friend as Thimbleberry hops back up on the apron. Lady Gallus gets her feet brought up to kick Artemis back into her corner, where her back met Thimberry's hand as he celebrated his cannivery. The ref calls for the tag and Thimbleberry visibly sinks. He's forced into the ring, where Lady Gallus grabs him before he can manage to tag out.

LeRay: Now he's in trouble. You were going on about Thorin having not been in a ring for months, but Thimbleberry is the only one in this match who's not a trained wrestler, and he's going to pay for that.

Beeman: That wasn't a proper tag, how can this crooked red make that call?!

Lady Gallus immediately pulls him into a Pinpoint Headbutt, before pulling him up into a suplex, crashing down at Thorin's feet as he gets tagged in to deliver his retribution.

[Artemis]

Thorin enters the ring. Thimbleberry tries to back away. He turns around to try and get back to his corner, only for Thorin to nail him with a forearm to the back of the head. Artemis tries to object, only to get pulled of the apron by Lady Gallus. Artemis turns around and plants Gallus with Wrath of the Hunt.

Beeman: Look at Artemis go. No chance The Lacklucker Lord and Lady win this one.

LeRay: Sean, I'd recommend staying focused on the legal members of this matchup. Whatever Artemis is doing right now, it's not going to go well if...

Thimbleberry gets up, Thorin glaring at him. Thimbleberry lands a punch to Thorin but can't knock him down. Thorin replies with a punch of his own. The ref is busy trying to keep an eye on the brawl outside of the ring and doesn't notice the brass knux on Thorin's fist. Thimbleberry is knocked flat out as Thorin goes for the pin. 1. 2. Artemis tries to rush in to break it up, but Lady Gallus grabs her leg at the last second. 3.

Beeman: Wait, what? This was supposed to be...

LeRay: Whatever it's "supposed to be" in your mind, what happened is Thorin got the pin. And while what comes next for him is up in the air, I doubt we see Thimbleberry enter the ring as a combatant again. That hit oughta be enough to teach him that lesson. And Artemis looks bound to burst after losing this one.

Beeman: And she should be. How many times has she been screwed over like this? It'd be enough to make anyone break.

LeRay: Either way, Lord Thorin and Lady Gallus win the day.
