He is visually based of Duke Nukem, his name is based off of Duke's, and his bio talks about how he has a personality and one liners, which is what made Duke Stand out. I have a few ideas:
One based on Jesse Ventura, Austin Idol and Superstar Graham- Maybe called the Body. A heel active 1980-1990.
One based on Jerry Lawler- Maybe called the King of Memphis- a face , active 1980-1999.
One called the black heart or the king of hearts based on Owen Hart, he would be a heel active 1990-1999.
Larry Legend based on Larry Zybisco. A heel active 1980- 1999.
I think a tag team based on Wayne and Garth would be really cool as well. Faces from 1990-1999.
I will try to think of some more.
