These two powerhouse punks have run out of heads to bust out in the alleyways so they've decided to bring their pain game into the ring! They love to hurt people but they don't get paid by the hour so they like to finish matches quick while inflicting as much damage as possible. Many an experienced team has been left laying in the ring like so much roadkill as they lay claim to being the most dominant tag team force ever. So far no one has been able to dispute that point and it may be a long time before anybody attempts to do so. It's getting harder and harder to find anyone who will dare step in the squared circle with the two monsters that dine on danger and snack on death.

Two identical twin orphans, separated at birth and growing up in different homes, wound up taking different paths in life but ultimately would reunite in their very first professional match......against each other! Stack was raised in house where sports and athletics were a way of life. He excelled at all of them but his greatest achievements came in amateur wrestling where he was state champion 4 years in a row undefeated. Rack was raised in a more rough and tumble environment by a police dog trainer. Rack grew tough and strong, training and being attacked by all breeds of dogs until he began to enjoy it! Soon he was wrestling the biggest dogs down and taking on their characteristics, forming an uncanny bond with them to the point people began to wonder if he could actually talk to dogs AND understand them. When the two finally met, it was an instant classic with the match going to a time limit draw. Once the match was over they began to notice how much they looked alike, how they were the same age, same size and were both adopted at the same time. They finally figured out they were long lost brothers and vowed to never leave each other's side again forming the dynamic team the Steamer Brothers. Word is spreading quick about this upstart new team and how they seem to know what each other's thinking at all times. A perfect combination of speed, power, agility and wrestling skill frustrates opponents to no end but they really get mad when Rack acts like a dog and pretends they're a fire hydrant!

In an attempt to pander to young children in the audience, a desperate promoter came up with an idea for a superhero gimmick crossed with a big bird and a purple dinosaur. Believing he had a hit on his hands, all he needed was to find someone just as desperate to get in the suit. A young man jumped at the opportunity seemingly to get his big break in the business. It didnt take long to realize that the idea was a bust but the young wrestler was quite talented. Even wearing the comical outfit people still had to take him seriously or end up being upset. Despite being considered a failure as a gimmick Purple Nurple managed to garner a cult following and even managed to move up the card as a legit threat to the TV title.

The wrestler known as Purple Nurple had ceased to exist. After scoring a shocking pinfall victory over Mercenary, Nurple was granted a shot at the TV title. But during the title match, Mercenary interfered and cost Nurple the gold. This led to a bitter feud which saw both men locked in a seemingly endless rivalry. Finally, the promoter stepped in and made it an all or nothing match. A mask vs hair match. If Purple Nurple lost he would unmask. If Mercenary lost, he would have his signature sleek hair shaved off. The loser would be humiliated and the feud would be over. Or so they thought. On a fateful night at that PPV, Mercenary seemed to have hurt his knee after missing a crossbody. The ref almost stopped the match but was stopped by Nurple. As confusion arose through the crowd, Mercenary snuck up behind Nurple revealing he'd been playing possum all along and rolled him up with a handful of tights for a shocking 1-2-3!
Even more shocking, when Nurple unmasked he revealed himself to be Mercenary's younger brother! In what ended up being a double turn, Mercenary felt guilty for destroying his brother's career and became a fan favorite while his brother now taking the name Jack Diamond, became unhinged and turned heel sneak attacking his older brother at every opportunity both in wrestling and in their personal lives. Ironically the loss of the mask has made Diamond even better in the ring. He believes he's better than his brother in every way but is consumed by hatred and jealousy towards him. His only goal is to make him suffer the way he feels he's been made to suffer. A sad and Hart-breaking tragedy that has ripped their family apart.
