Hey, I’m new here and to the game, just started 2 days ago and I’m loving it so far. Two of my main guys are injured and I wanna buy tokens now that pay day came around. The shop section is there but when I click the dollar amount it doesn’t do anything or link me anywhere. Is this a problem anyone else has or am I doing something wrong?

In-App purchases work directly through Google Play or the App Store (depending on your device). Are you connected to either? Better yet, do you have a Wi-fi connection?

I'm having the exact same issue this morning. I'd like to buy some tokens but when I click the amount, the box just lights up and nothing happens. I have paypal set up as a payment method in Play store.

I have paypal set up as a payment method in Play store. Would be the same answer we provided 5 years ago. Inability to purchase means you're not connected to the App Store or Google Play server. This could be a result of a bad/no wi-fi or a network (like work, public place) that doesn't allow a connection where you can make purchases. No idea on the PayPal thing. We work directly with Google Play, so any issues with PayPal would have to be resolved through them.

Wifi is fine. Game loads, play store loads, other apps load, etc. I tried adding other forms of payment and the issue continues. I can't even subscribe monthly if I wanted to. If I try to make a selection on a one time amount or subscribe, the box just highlights and doesn't do anything else. I wanted to spend some real money! Lol. Oh well, I guess I'll miss out on the foil Blockbuster Brohan expiring in my shop in an hour and continue earning money through the game.

I was able to purchase some tokens. Everything went the same as it normally does, however my game is connected to my Google Play account so the Google Play pop up shows for me to purchase through the Google Play store.

Make sure it's updated - this is an easy way to see if you're connected via Play Store too. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the game? BEFORE YOU DO THIS though make a note of your Support ID (its the long string of numbers/letters that pops up when you load up the game - you can also find it in Help (located in settings), scroll right down to the bottom of the page).

Yes, my version is updated. It's auto updated and I just checked manually. No way would I want to miss new characters. Thanks for the suggestion to install/reinstall. I'll pass though. I'll just play without using real money.

Since I have it on a second device (tablet), I went ahead and deleted/reinstalled. Still no solution. Can't buy credits. I know I'm connected to store play store because all my data/cards reloaded fine. I'm having to pass on a Legend Foil right now sitting in my shop.
