I would like to see more things to do with the in game money you earn, I was thinking along the lines of wrestler contracts, buying stadiums, talent raids, commentry teams, advertising, medical care, training centres, one off celebrity appearences.
Contracts - Like in Fifa ultimate team, you buy a card, and then own it forever, however you can only use the card while its under contract. Each position on the card costs a differant amount. A jobber might cost X amount for 10 shows, an opener XX, mid card XXX, upper mid XXXX, etc etc.
You can only have a certain amount of wrestlers under contract at any one time, keeping things fresh, by constantly having to mix up your roster, like in real life where wrestlers come and go.
With a limited amount of wrestlers under contract, injurys could become a real dilema.
To further add to this, if a champion runs out of contract, he/she could effectivly hold you to ransom by demanding an inflated fee for every show they have to appear in untill they drop the belt. If you dont have the money to pay the ransom, they leave, and your belt is vacated, the rub of this is, that the belt has lost its prestige, and for the next X amount of title matches, is an automatic dud.
As in real life certain wrestlers are known for there mercenary behviour, "Dude Brohan" springs to mind, and will have a high RNG rating in this behaviour, if this situation pops up.
Stadiums - The only 2 stadiums I use are Canada Centre, and The Silver Stadium, both being the biggest to use for higher earnings. It would be pretty cool if you could save up to buy your own stadiums for ppvs and tv shows, negating having to pay for the use of someone elses stadium. The cost of buying a stadium should be really high, and the decison should not be taken lightly, maybe even some sort of crippling monthly pay plan over years.
Talent raids - This might be abit more difficult to implement, but I was thinking something like, there are 2 other promotions within the game, you choose which promotion you would like to raid of its 5 best talent. Theres a stock set of 20 wrestlers behind the scenes, that you can get a random 5 of for a 12 month period, after which they leave your federation and back into the stock pile. Once a fed has been raided, there ratings go down affecting there earnings during this period.
This can work both ways, with the rival feds able to raid your stock cards (ones not under contract) boosting there ratings and earnings for the 12 month period.
Commentry teams - Like the wrestler cards, collect heel/face cards, adding a boost to the show ratings. Certain combinations have chemistry, boosting the show further.
Advertising - Paying out a certain amount monthly, boosts your chances of a high PPV crowd.
Medical care - Save up to buy a medical centre, reducing risk of injury and length of injury.
Training centre - Adds a boost to chances of a stat to be upgraded, or even to add points to top line potential.
Celebritys - Pay for a 1 off appearence for a celebrity for a PPV, boosting ticket sales.
Just a few ideas ive had to make it more of a management sim, not sure how realistic they are, but a few thoughts none the less to make you manage your in game money more.
