Merch Questions

I've looked around, and forgive me if it's already posted here, but could not find definitive answers.

1) If I own 2 versions of the same wrestler (Jet Set Strutter in both bad and good, SlashMaster in both Ghoulie and Hulk) do I need to level up both versions to receive merch unlocks or is there only 1 merch per wrestler despite several verions?

2) What about foils? If I only have a foil version of a card, does it unlock the merch card or does it have to be the regular version as needed to unlock feuds and tag teams?

Any other merch, card-leveling and similar tips will be much appreciated. Thank you!

They all have seperate merchandise cards. You'll have to max out each one on it's own to unlock that particular card. That's what I done for both Strutter cards I have.

Forgot to say that foil cards does not have any merchandise cards for them. They are mainly used for giving that particular wrestler a better push in matches.

Thank you! One last easy one before I go. Is there any benefit to using the corresponding merch card with the wrestler? Meaning should I use my Lazer merch card when I book Lazer for a match, or does any merch card give the same benefit with any wrestler?

Using the same merch card with the corresponding character will help generate a little more game cash when you run a card. In other words, Lazer can only used with his merch card to get the benefit.
