Do plan out storylines that have great detail.
Do you just put a good guy v. a bad guy.
Do you just autofill to get coins and sponsors.
I sometimes do all three.
How about you.

I play realistically and try to book as closely to the WWF as it was from 85 onwards. Sure not every much is a 5 star classic but I wasn’t in real life either. It’s much more gratifying when you do pull off a great PPV and I when its done with pay offs to the storylines that you’ve been building towards feels you with a great sense of accomplishment. I only do the “big 4” PPVS in stadiums. Those being Battle Royal, Champ Clash, Summer Smash and Survival of the Fittest. The other events inbetween I use as glorified house shows and usually just have angles to further along storylines and feuds. I’m not obsessed with constantly having a massive bank roll of loads of tokens, just as in real life the money comes and goes and federations go through hard times and you have to tighten the purse strings and Make cutbacks just like the WWF did in the early 90’s. So basically for me the more realistic the game, the better.

I have never auto filled a show before to be honest, but i do A little bit everything else. I don't really make full blown storylines or anything but ill have an idea of how i want a feud to happen in my head. Sometimes i just go with the flow though as well

In my Beginner's Guide, I tend to provide content made to help put on good shows and get good money. That's the way I tend to play and the way I recommend when starting out. After you get everything, then you can focus on the fun element of 80s Mania, and that is being able to book what you want with so many options.

I tend to rely on established feuds for most of my regular matches, while letting the title matches be slightly more based on a wrestlers “reputation” and earned through consistent performance.
This does sadly mean that my PPV plans get screwed up often, although the addition of triple threat title matches makes it slightly less so.
