Name:Mother Vengeance or Cold Viper(or simply Mother Russia ALT)
Based on: Mainly Beatrix Kiddo from Kill Bill but also Black Widow(Marvel) and a little reference to Nina Williams from Tekken.

Active period: 2000/2003-onwards(Kill Bill Vol.I came out in 2003). Although, like muscles said previously in this thread, she could fit in the 90's. In that case she could be active from 1994- onwards(since the character was created during the filming of Pulp Fiction).
Description: After the fall of the Soviet Union and the Berlin Wall, Hammerhead and Mother Russia's "comradery" had fallen out too.
No longer feeling devotion to Hammerhead, she decided to go her own way. Feeling humilliated and betrayed, Hammerhead formed a gang to track down and "eliminate" Mother Russia.
They did find her and gave her a brutal beating that put her in a coma. After waking up from this state and learning that the perpetrators were left unpunished and were still in the wrestling business, She intends to finish them one by one using the skills and training She possesses from her time as hammerhead's lackey as a form of retribution.
The other members of Hammerhead's gang can be Femme Fatale and an evil version of Trixie to give her feuds.
She and Hammerhead can have an intergender singles feud.
She could form and intergender tag team with Vegas as a reference to Pulp Fiction.
The game does not have a manager that looks like Pai Mei to give her manager focus, unless Mr.Bonsai can fit that role as an heel martial arts master and manager.
