Using the wiki page, I tried adding the Money Talks feud and it won’t work. Is this feud still active? Or is there a glitch in the game?

Make sure you are using the right Average Guy card. You want the 1989-99 version. The game identifies the Legendary one as the Alt, so that's how it is reflected on the wiki. I know it seems counter intuitive, but that's the reason for it.

It is a strange feud it is only active for 1 year 1989

Ok, that’s the problem. The wiki page identifies the feud as being active from 1980-88. Apparently that’s an error.
