I would really like it if wrestlers could get a homefield advantage when they are booked in certain arenas. Doesn't have to be much, just a +1 in Pop or Push because of the partisan crowd would be cool.
I already started thinking about which wrestlers belong with each venue, based on their hometown, gimmick or real life accomplishments, but I think this list is far from complete.

I was thinking about that, but they might add an actual Mexican arena at some point

Well, true. But I wouldn't hold my breath.
...still, I wouldn't give the focus to Juan...

Damn I appreciate that effort up there! It’s cool, right not it’s only right going back and forth to your top two capacity’s, atleast 4 Stadiums. Canada Center and San Juan, Silver Stadium and Olympus Collesium. All in all I like :9 maybe even a +1 down the board as the pop is always bigger, things just come across better with the confidence of being in your hometown

That's what I was thinking too. I like all of the arenas we've got, but I've got no reason to use any of them, apart from the four you mentioned.
Another thing they could add is a "remodel" option on the venue card to increase crowd capacity

Another thing they could add is a "remodel" option on the venue card to increase crowd capacity I’d rather get more venues than pay for a remodel of existing ones. It’d be cool if we have enough venues to start out within a region/territory, so depending on the fed you choose you have a base set of arenas in your territory and you can start to expand outside your territory as you improve your TV ratings.

As far as I can tell, there are no more territories. Territories are a thing of the early '80s, if even. Once AWA became WWF and absorbed some minor territories, such things became a relic of the past.

Once AWA became WWF and absorbed some minor territories, such things became a relic of the past. WWF northeast, Crockett southeast, UWF mid south, WCCW Texas, Portland still had a territory well into the 80s, Florida still had its own thing going, AAA in Mexico, WWC in Puerto Rico, AJPW and NJPW in Japan, etc. U.S.A. territories definitely started going away by the mid-80s, hence the idea to expand your in in-game territory as you progress in the game. Any booker-sim based in the 80s should have the objective of taking a regional promotion to global domination. I think it’s a valid option for an imaginary game.

I'm digging this one up cos it's not that old I was thinking about the venues the game added in the last two updates and realized that, unless you're very into the whole "fantasy booking" aspect of the game, a lot of players (myself included) probably stick to a small subset of venues once they are well into the game, typically those with high attendance values (Silver Stadium, Puro Dome for PPVs) (Canada Center, San Juan Stadium for weekly shows). So in other words, the repeat venue rule added notwithstanding, there's really very little to make want to use the other venues unless you're storylining a lot. Now, Slashmaster gave some brilliant ideas on Venue Focus for wrestlers...but what if they took it one step further...namely...what if continued use over time of each venue resulted in a certain degree of development or growth for the venue's attributes....or even some kind of penalty. Examples: - Over-usage of a certain venue or two many hardcore matches have a % chance of a riot happening...venue is banned from hosting shows for a certain amount of time. - Venue must undergo renovations...is unavailable for a certain amount of time. - Venue has been selling out consistently...city council agrees on expansion...venue is unavailable for a while, but comes back with a higher attendance value. This way the Venue Cards could be developed and grown like you would the wrestler cards. And on a bit of a stretch, you could apply a similar logic to manager cards.
