Fave Match Type?

What is everyone's fave match type?

Mine is the Barb Wire match.

Growing up in the 80's as a kid I can still remember Abdullah the Butcher slaying people in them. It always freaked me out but I LOVED it and truly believed it was real lol!

I actually love Battle Royales and all other variations. I also loved TLC matches and ultimate X matches in TNA.

Battle Royales REALLY shine when someone wins that you literally just put in a spot to fill the match. LOVE the surprise!

I did love the 4-6 man Ultimate X match, very similar to the style of match I also liked the money in the bank matches

IRL my favorite match is probably the Royal Rumble, with all the surprises and unique match-ups within the match. I'm also a big fan of all the gauntlet matches we've gotten on recent programming. If there is one match type I want added to the game, it's that one.

In game I really like the match types that can be used as a feud ender: Casket Matches, I Quit Matches, Steel Cage Matches & Submission Matches.

In game I like the crazy one's like the burning ring and exploding ring just bcuz you KNOW someone is getting jacked and more than likely, going on the DL.

I always use Fireball in my Burning matches...he only wins about 40% of them but it's fitting and fun to give him the gimmick.

Slashmaster & Keith Blood have Casket Match as a speciality, despite being terrible at them for some reason.

Flag matches are for Buzzsaw and Hammerhead.

Burning ring is for Dark Mauler.

I have a soft spot for scaffold matches.

Every single criticism about the difficulty of working one and the risk of injury are all valid.

But there’s not another match in my eyes that can compete with the spectacle involved when they do manage to pull it off.

I do like seeing people fall...the Midnight Express vs. The Rock N' Roll Express was a great scaffold pairing back in the day.

I agree!! Keith is TERRIBLE in my casket matches lmao

I constantly get Michael T. Wolf vs Keith Blood in a casket match.

I also enjoy using the lumberjack match.

In real life, my favourite is definitely ladder, TLC, money in the bank etc. There's just so many possibilities, since ladders happen to be really versatile in a wrestling match.
