Two questions:
First, does anyone else find that this is NOT coordinated between devices? Like... if I give a guy a blue staheartsr rating on my phone, it doesnt seem to carry over to the ipad?
Second... for the heart system... there is pink, blue, and two hearts.
If you select, say, pink hearts only, it will ALSO show you TWO hearts cards, right?
So your LARGEST group should be your two star guys, then your smallest should the the one heart pink and one heart blue guys?
That feels backwards.
Maybe they should be three different categories:
One heart pink, when selected, ONLY brings up the one pink hear guys. One heart blue, when selected, ONLY brings up one heart blue guys. Two hearts, when selected, ONLY brings up two heart guys.

Its basically a way to organize your wrestlers better. If you have a lot of wrestler cards but are only planning on using some, this is great! When in the cards section, you can select either the blue or pink stars. Their outline is in the top right of the wrestler card. I use them because i am trying to max out some wrestlers in skill, mic and pop. I use de pink for wrestlers whose skill is not maxed out and blue for wrestlers whose mic and pop are not maxed out. BTW its hearts not stars

First you need to decide how you want to sort your wrestlers. I mark the wrestlers that are currently involved in storylines with a red heart and the ones that still need to be trained in certain stats with a blue heart.
If I go to select a wrestlers I can easily access the ones that NEED to be on the card by pressing the red heart. If they need a random opponent I press the blue heart. When I select both hearts only the untrained ones that are currenly involved in storylines show up.

Imagine them as device specific settings like screen brightness, game sound toggle, volume, etc.
So about using the Favorite Hearts...
A wrestler card is by default blank (no hearts). A wrestler can be tagged pink, blue or both. You can then decide whether your default view: So there's 4 categories with which to hide/show/categorize your wrestler cards, in addition to the wide variety of options on the stock sort wheels. Some people use the hearts to simply hide cards they don't want to see. Some might add a pink heart to wrestlers they're currently using in their programs, in addition, some might mark a few of them with a second blue heart to indicate cards they're still working on maxing.
We've even seen reports where people use hearts to split their roster into two (and even three!) different brands (blank, pink, blue). All that said, we believe there is no "right way" to use them. And don't even encourage people to use them at all if they don't want to.
At the end of the day, the entire Favorite Hearts system is nothing more than a simple display filter that you might see in any other data management app. Interestingly though, it turns out it's being used by many different users in many interesting ways, most of which it seems make the individual gameplay experience a bit more to their liking, which was exactly our hope and intent.

I tend to heart the cards I want to use for my promotion filtering out the cards I don’t want to use, Blue Heart my Faces, Red Heart my Heels, and Double Heart for the tweens is a technique I find easiest. Earlier on I used them for the last bit of cards I’ve needed to max out on as well.

First off, of course, sorry, hearts! Have stars in my head I suppose:) Mr. Fantasy can I ask... in some future update... First, would it be possible to have the hearts attached to the account, rather than the device? I assume most people who use the heart system are like me... they use it as a fundamental and essential part of their Fed. I am super careful about my hearts, and really organize everything around them. The fact that, if I buy a card on my iPad and mark it a certain way, it won’t carry over to my iphone, seems a bit clunky... I’m constantly having to check my two devices against each other. Is this something that could be changed? Second, would it be possible to have the heart system be “exclusive?” Like... so that if you select, say, blue heart cards, you ONLY see blue heart cards, and NOT double heart cards? That would give us three distinct ways to organize. The current system sort of makes the organization messy, because if you select either pink or blue hearts you still get the double heart guys, because they have on of those among their double hearts. (As an example... I mark my top openers in pink hearts, my top midcarders in blue, and my top main event guys in double hearts. When I select my pink hearts only to see my openers, my main events guys show up as well.) If there is any way these changes could be made, it would be hugely appreciated!

I actually disagree with the organisation system. Currently I'm using the hearts to see who needs to do what (i.e. blue hearts need mic/pop points, pink needs skill) and if I need to do a match, then all pink hearts show, even if they're both or not. Also, if you're doing a brand split, some people may wrestle for both rosters, so they show up in both favourites, instead of that one 'both' category. It's just handy. You'd be better off introducing a 3rd favourite system.

Do you agree that you wish the hearts system carried over across devices? I know that would be really great for people who play on both iPad (at home) and iPhone (in the bathroom at work.)

There are no current plans for this. We'd suggest simply taking the time to set your favorites on both devices you play on. It's not terribly difficult or time-consuming to do and will get you precisely what you're looking for in immediate fashion. Satisfy your craving now instead of waiting for this in an update that may literally never come. And remember, to each their own when using the hearts!

I use the pink hearts to mark wrestlers that need skills upgraded through matches, and pink to mark ones that need mic and pop upgrades through promos and skits. It’s helpful for me, since that’s how I prioritize who gets booked on my shows.
