Dang another idea I was going to do later but I was going to call it top 10 shows (including anime, cartoons, miniseries, webshows, and anything else that's that same)

This one's a bit tougher for me. I was born in '89 so most of the cartoons were no longer in syndication as I was growing up. I did however watch a fair amount of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Real Ghostbusters, and Pee-Wee's Playhouse (not a cartoon, but c'mon, I feel it counts).
