What cards do you want most in the game, that you don't already have? That could be anything (wrestlers, matches, veues, managers, etc.)
I'll start:

Dude Brohan(80s & 90s)
Big Rig(insiders)

I just recently got Samson but he was one for a while. Also HFK. I got the DX version of him with the cowboy hat but in really want his regular card. I also have never even seen the Mr. Perfect card in my shop ( I can't remember what his name in the game is)
