You want a promotion like ECW... but you don’t want it to be trashy. I feel like that is like saying you like ice cream, but you don’t want it to be cold. no, even wasn't trashy like CZW. CZW does dumb shit that shouldn't ever be in wrestling. ECW was waaaay better. I’ve seen some CZW clips on YouTube and it doesn’t even look like wrestling tbh it more just looks like dudes hitting each other with glass or bricks. While ECW actually had wrestling and included extreme moments. Not just two guys hitting each other the hardest til one dies. |

I like hardcore wrestling, just not the trashy kind we get from czw where most the guys can't have an actual wrestling match. Most of em don't even look like wrestlers. Some great wrestlers came from there(Moxley,Rush, Calligan, etc) but the majority there suck. ECW wrestlers could actually wrestle a good match, & didn't look like white trash rednecks. |

“The dick flip is a work!”— Hangman Page Here’s the thing— it’s a hell of a gimmick. Either you like Joey or you don’t. Yeah, he makes you suspend disbelief more than everybody else, but it’s funny as hell the first time you see it. I see guys like him and Orange Cassidy as guys who are perfect for the indies but would be bad in major feds. Excellent gimmick if you see them in small doses. But doing the Penisplex every week, and having feuds built around getting another dude to grab your junk is not the basis for good long term storytelling.  |

I would show her any of the really good highlights from the AE like Steve Austin and the Rock or Mick Foley winning the belt on Raw in '99. stuff like some good ecw stuff, good tna matches, and its a bit older but in an old territory called Georgia Championship Wrestling around 1980 Dusty Rhodes and an older heel by the name of Ole Anderson had a big feud. look up the promos for that on youtube. great stuff
