Favorite 80s Cartoon Themes

Now if you, like me, grew up back in 80s back in the day cartoons were awesome and some of the theme songs were just as awesome.

Now while I love GI Joe, Transformers, Silverhawks and ThunderCats.... 2 cartoons have what I consider to be the most badass intros of all time when it comes to music.

M.A.S.K. and Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors.

Although I didn't grow up in the 80s, as a kid I loved watching tmnt, & always liked the theme.

Fraggle Rock and Gummy Bears had epic tunes.

But they all bow down to Ducktails.

Duck Tales was a tremendous theme, a tremendous cartoon, and also spawned one of the best platformers of its generation. I haven’t seen the revival yet (my kids are 15 and 6, so it’s target demographic is squarely between them).
