Anybody else just love mid 2016-early 2017 WWE? Imo that was the last time WWE was truly great. The brand split had just started. We had great rivalries on SD live like the amazing viper in the family storyline, Dolph vs Miz, & one of my all time favorite rivalries Dean Ambrose vs AJ Styles. Raw was pretty good too, but at the time felt bad compared to SD. I just loved it, especially SD Live. It made me love wrestling again.

Haven't liked it since around 2004 or so. The writing is awful, less talent and memorable stars, plus the addition of some great new promotions and NJPW stepping their game up, WWE is just lacking. Only my opinion.

WWE is forcing the women's wrestling to the point I barely watch RAW or SD anymore. I'd rather they give them their own brand and separate show and make RAW 2 hours again. And I wish they'd go back to what they did on the first brand split...make SD a more "wrestling oriented show" and RAW the more "storyline oriented show"....not to the point where one excludes the other, but just shift the focus on each.
Every week it feels like "I've seen this match before" and everything feels recycled.
Brock Lesnar is the only thing that makes me want to watch, regardless of who he squashes and how much people complain about him being there!

I haven't been a regular watcher of the weekly shows since probably 2010. However when I did catch SD I do agree it was good. Raw has been garbage for years though I honestly can't stand it. In just read online and watch YouTube highlights.

The entire writing team should be restructured. When you have 3 hours of RAW, a lot of talented wrestlers with personality and you still fail to create one decent storyline. Something is very wrong. What happend to gimmicks btw every superstar feels the same. The WWE did such a poor job adopting to modern gimmicks. Just give a superstar a couple of personality traits and you have a gimmick. For example Dolph Ziggler, spoiled , self centerd , impatient and jealous. Create a personality with said traits and you got a gimmick. NJPW is doing this already.
