Jim Cornette done messed up, but in all honesty how did someone at the NWA not recognize that what he said was inappropriate and edit it out of a taped show they've had in the can for months now? The question (mark) now is, who will replace him next to Joe Galli on commentary? I guess they weren't expecting the backlash over the joke. |

I like Corny, but if you stop watching the show just because he's gone that's just plain stupid. Commentary is important but it shouldn't influence your decision o whether to watch it. Same goes for anyone not watching because Corny was on it. It's a slap to the face of their incredibly talented roster.

Jim made a mistake, as did the NWA production team, but I don't think the whole show/company should be punished. They've got the guts to do something different from WWE/NXT and AEW and they deserve a real chance. |

I didn't think what Corny said was offensive at all just some dated humor tbh. I still plan on watching the NWA but the production team and management people need to get on the level with this stuff and not wait months after the fact to make a decision.

Finally got around to watching this over the weekend and It Is everything I’ve been needing in wrestling for a long LONG time. So simplistic that it’s perfect! No need for 20,000 high spots and false finishes here. THIS is wrestling.

I agree 100% with what you’re saying I’m sure I’ll soon get a craving for flashy stuff and binge watch me some AEW. Kind of like when you really just gotta have some junk food. You know you shouldn’t but variety is the spice of life, so they say. |

I started watching the NWA now aswell, Its a cool show started with episode 7 because I am to lazy to watch the older ones. I am still a bit clueless on why question mark is so over

I think it's just a goofy gimmick that's being played completely straight and the fans are backing it, ironically or otherwise. This week's episode wasn't much of an episode. Only one "match" and a lot of interviews. I guess they didn't have enough material in the can to make it to the next taping. |

really enjoying NWA. never seen anything like it before. What happened to the original studio shows like these back in the day? Did they just lose their popularity when competitors like WWF started gaining steam?
