Hikaru Shida is the best women's wrestling in AEW and Britt Baker is the best women's worker in AEW. There's a difference. But the drop off in talent level after those two is pretty steep, mainly because WWE has most of the indies' best women under their umbrella and the ones AEW have don't get the chance to work as often (no performance center, no house shows) so they're getting better slowly but the division pales in comparison to WWE/NXT.
AEW is still going through growing pains like has been said above. They're trying a lot of different things. It was more of a mess last year because from what I understand The Bucks book the tag division, Omega books the Women, and Cody books the guys. Not sure if you know this, but that's too many people in charge of one thing. WWE has a writers room but Vince is at the top. At the beginning of 2020 Tony Khan became like Vince and has more say and the product has felt much more uniform now and that can only make it better in the long run.
Keith Lee's promos feel like he's reciting Shakespeare. I never saw him on the indies so I don't know if that's just how he does promos or if WWE is coaching him to do that. I know some people hate it but I don't mind it too much.
I personally miss NXT UK because it was more like NXT used to be before they went live on USA network for 2 hours a week.
And if you don't know by now, I will always recommend people check out Stardom, the women's promotion in Japan. Obviously your mileage may vary, but I found that they present the kind of wrestling that I didn't know I was looking for until I saw it. Legit when it needs to be, silly when it needs to be, and never too far in either direction. And I'm pretty sure they've got girls in their early 20s who could work circles around most of the guys in the US/UK.

WWE is slowly going further down the sewers. Not only is Vince the scum of the Earth, but you have COVID things aswell. AEW VS NXT is a little toxic for the fans who are always spilt and brag when their side gets the better ratings. Raw is decent while Smackdown is bad (especially yesterday's Karaoke.) and NXT is nothing special. AEW is uninteresting and I don't follow anything else.

AEW is run by someone who wanks dogs (Tony Khan look it up) If you want to watch proper wrestling watch Nitro from 95-98

So it turns out that I can't watch AEW dynamite (I can and will watch dark) Out of all of the other 4 (MLW, NWA, stardom, or raw) that were suggested which one should I watch I should mention that I generally prefer "theater overall"

If you prefer Theater then I would say Raw but it's been real bad lately. Same with Smackdown. You might not like Stardom because it's more of a sport presentation with occasional wackiness. Plus there's a 920 yen paywall for Stardom, which is like $8 USD.

(As some of you may know) my love for wrestling died off a few years ago and even when I still had it there wasn't that much (as in I barley cared) but right now I'm going to try to get back into it starting with NXT but is there any advice that you guys have that can help me (I should note that I know NJPW is considered one of the best but I personally don't enjoy it as much as others) As for the questions 1. Is NXT UK a different brand or is it just called that as a way to show that they're different than the normal side of NXT 2. What's the big deal about Keith Lee 3. How good is AEW and what are some problems it has 4. Why is the cruiserweight title on NXT now 5. Is AEW on some sort of streaming service or is it televised 6. What's your opinion on raw and smackdown (I should note that I did like the street profits) Late to the party, but here goes: 1. NXT UK is actually in the UK, and features mainly European guys. But it’s all under the WWE umbrella. 2. Keith Lee is a friggin hero. He is the quintessential athletic big man. He’s shaped like all of us yet somehow is as agile as a Cruiserweight. His offense looks like death. He’s fat and STILL has abs. Don’t question it, just bask in his glory. 3. AEW is amazing if you like seeing many different styles of wrestling, but mostly flippy stuff. They’ve put titles on established guys first— they need to pull the trigger on MJF soon though, as he’s far and away the breakout “home grown talent”. The biggest problems they had initially have all been mitigated to some degree. The women’s division has gotten much better (if they could stop snapping each other’s legs) and Britt Baker and Big Swole has feud of the year potential. They had three different creepy cult gimmicks at once, but it’s down to just one rip on Scientology now. I’ve almost entirely stopped watching WWE as I just like AEW’s style and humor better, but I also recognize it’s not for everybody. 4. Why not? They had an extra hour to fill weekly. 5. TNT in the US. Not sure about elsewhere in the world. 6. It’s weird to say, but their tag teams are very good (Street Profits, War/Viking Machine/Raiders/Experience, New Day are all among my favorites). McIntyre is carrying the title well. Strowman’s booking is so perplexing. The Fiend is great but losing to Goldberg killed it for me. They haven’t handled no-audience nearly as well as AEW or Impact.

What's your opinion on raw and smackdown (I should note that I did like the street profits) 1. Different brand. If you want to experience something different with crazy fans, deffo worth a watch. They are using it as a feeder for NXT though. Plus Toni Storm /swoon. The NXT UK Takeovers feature some of the best wrestling you're likely to see. 2. Has the charisma of the Rock, can fly like a Cruiserweight and has the power of a Goldberg. The man should be the next huge star. 3. AEW's tag-team division is its highlight for me. Am a big fan of FTR (The Revival in WWE, like so many NXTers got wasted on the "main" roster) - am not so much a fan of the Young Bucks, but the tandem of Adam Page & Kenny Omega have been superb. AEW's women's division is awful aside from Shida and Britt Baker to a certain extent. There are a couple who are improving (Penelope Ford is a prime example there). Adam Page is ace. For me they need to drop the WWE bashing though, they still have a LONG way to go. 4. WWE wasn't doing anything with the cruiser division outside of 205 Live and with the extra hour it made sense - also having the Cruisers booked by the NXT team mean they're being used so much better. 5. TNT in the US, delayed on ITV in the UK. You can, however, subscribe to Fite.TV and watch live. 6. They have their moments - Drew is a great champ. I'm loving Bayley & Sasha at the mo. But for every good they do they still do stupid shit like the Karaoke bollocks on Smackdown last week. I'm finding that during lockdown I'm watching way more Raw & Smackdown currently as I'll stick them on while working. NXT is still the best thing to watch IMO. It's worth it for Karrion Kross' entrance alone!

I’d say if you’re into more theater wrestling try NWA because right now raw and Smackdown have been really bad
