Artemis: Diana, you don't get to say when this is over. You don't get to walk out on Mania and act like the bigger person. You chose to steal my name; you don't get to walk that back.
Thimbles: She really thinks she's so much higher than you. She insists how good of a person she is while sharpening her knife to stab you in the back again.
Artemis: Not now Thimbles, let me speak.
He nods and backs down, Artemis staring daggers into the screen.
Artemis: It's been five months since you betrayed me and had me locked up. That's given me a lot of time to dwell on everything we've been through. This whole time, you've been jealous of me. My fame, my success, my position as the next-in-line. And I did exactly that. I got the top of everywhere I went. Everywhere but here. I had been screwed out of my rightful crown time and time again. And just when I shed the dead weight that dragged me down when I should have gotten the title from Jessie Aldean, you ruin everything for me. From locking me up and taking my Women's Title shot, to destroying the Women's Division entirely and failing entirely to make a splash in the Openweight Division. You have proved, time and time again, that you don't have what it takes to be what I am. Greatness. Glory. Goddess. So, what I'm going to do is get my due vengeance on you then go one to rule this company. Winter's already shattered the glass ceiling on the World Title scene, so I'm going to shatter the records. The J-1 will be broken wide open. All I have to do is end you, at the same place I fully derailed Sakura Watanabe. At Guts and Gory, you will be shattered.

Cameras settle in on the once Domination Inc. locker room. Neither Mack Caliber or Omega are seen as Black Cat seems to be waiting on someone in the shower. Diablo emerges from behind the camera and tells him something that the camera doesn't pick up.
Black Cat: Good to know, now get out of here before he notices you.
Diablo nods and disperses. Black Cat turns to the camera.
Black Cat: I'll be honest, Conor Caine. You really wove quite a story these past few months. And quite a specific story, at least from how it's reading to me. I can only assume you're a fan of the classics, considering how you seem to have found the plot here from a staple of high school reading lists. None other than Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Now, I can't be surprised a pompous b****** like you would write yourself into the title role, and what an adept Victor Frankenstein you made. Look at the absolute unhinged maniac his treatment has turned Mack Caliber into. And before any of the fans out there try and drive a further wedge than Conor already did, Omega and I stand behind Mack Caliber 100%. Whatever path this dark road he's peering down leads, he has our support. But that path isn't what I'm talking about right now. Because Conor, you really were looking to ace his Victor Frankenstein impression, having made not one, but two monsters. By now, everyone knows Victor Frankenstein was an entitled brat who fancied himself a god and wanted to create a powerful being in his own pathetic, self-inflated image. Meanwhile, you sought to cultivate the JWA roster in your own image. And while Winter Hex is set to star in Hollywood's latest version of Frankenstein. Omega Satyros is slated to be your "Frankenstein's monster"
Black Cat: Both of you forged these acts of greatness. You took the hottest prospect on the JWA roster and forged him into a near unbeatable weapon. Throughout these past few months, the only thing to "stop" Omega was the fluke of a row of chairs against Thumper Moore. Meanwhile, you proved to be the mortal, vulnerable man. Every step of the way, if The Alpha & Omega stumbled, it seemed to always be at your expense. Like Frankenstein, you sought to elevate your position and ego as much as your alleged goal of advancing the world around you. And you both made the same fatal error. You abandoned your experiments. I don't need to delve into just how fatal a mistake that was for Victor, because Omega is going to show exactly how badly you screwed up by turning your back on us. And while Guts and Gory would be quite an idyllic setting for that first meeting, not only do I assume Mack is going to want his own proper vengeance on you, but there's one matter that's a bit more urgent to settle.
Black Cat steps over to the bench, where one of the Tag Championship belts is set, the side plates already popped out. The shower stops.
Black Cat: As Diablo just informed me, management isn't too keen on a prolonged schism between the recognized champions, and they want this solved just about immediately. The recognized reign of The Alpha & Omega ends next week on Glory. So as I see it, there are two options. The first, the smart option for you, is to save your body for another day, and officially forfeit your half of the Tag Team Championship to me. Or the second, if you're blindly prideful enough, is we have a match to decide who will be the Tag Team Champions. Obviously Omega and I have each other's backs, whereas you spent the past months building Domination Inc. into the top stable in this industry, wronging what, literally everyone else on this roster other than Artemis and Lady Gallus? Rogers might have shown respect to you as battered colleague who got one over on him, but even he isn't dumb enough to trust you to tag immediately after.
Omega, who seems to have overheard this all, steps out and silently glares such daggers into the lens that the camera man flinches.
Black Cat: You're on borrowed time Conor Caine. You forged a pair of monsters, and you're all alone in your fights against us.
As soon as Black Cat finished speaking, the cameraman flees the locker room.

Conor, you've sat down with me for this interview - set to air on this weekend's Mania - but I'd like to get your thoughts now for JWA.com on what you've just seen. Conor exhales, he takes a moment to collect his thoughts. He's not the braggadocios, conceited "Charismatic" Conor Caine of late, nor is he the confident, s**t talking "Relentless" Conor Caine of old: he's thoughtful, careful, figuring his next step out.Caine: Mick, I've spent the past few months doing and saying terrible things to the colleagues and fans that I respect. I pushed all my morals and good judgements to the side, to wilfully be the kind of person I detest. Now that I've been exposed for that, and spent the last few days reflecting fully on all the heinous things I've done, I honestly thought I couldn't feel lower... until I saw that video just now. Conor sits forward, he exhales and shakes his head slowly in disbelief and then raises it again.Caine: Getting called out by a nobody like Black Cat? I mean, Mick, how far have I truly fallen?? Conor turns to the camera.Caine: Cat, you're deluded: If I was the "Victor Frankenstein" of this whole thing, I wouldn't have let your ass within three territories of Domination Inc. You only got in to the locker room because you were Omega's errand boy. Our crew was supposed to be a team of elites, and you showed up with a bottom rung title from some Mickey Mouse promotion that I've already forgotten the name of. Honestly, it was embarrassing for the rest of us. And yet now you think you have the station to challenge actual Champions to their titles?! Clearly, for all your high school book report acumen, you have no sense of irony so let me break it down for you: you pontificate to me about ego, and claim I made Omega into an monster. Sorry Cat, no dice. Omega Satyros has been a monster since the day he showed up here, and the key attribute that makes him so despicable is his ego. I didn't stitch anything on to that guy that wasn't there before, but what I did do, that just made his ego even bigger - made the monster even more powerful - is that I finally got him over and put gold around his waist. If you think for a second that I'm going to do the same thing for pissant like you, you're out of your damn mind. The only way you're going to get your first title belt in the JWA is over my dead body Black Cat, so you're damn right you have a fight on your hands this week on Glory. And I'm not about to start begging anybody to partner with me: I burned on all my bridges in this company, and I knew that's what it would take to make Domination Inc what it needed to be, so I'm aware of the situation I'm in and I'm okay with it. If I have to go it alone to take Omega's share of the tag gold off him, to cut that monster back down to size, then I'll do it; if I have to go one against two to make sure you stay where you belong at the bottom of the card, then I'll do it. This isn't about gold, Black Cat, it's about ego: your egos. And on Tuesday, you're both gonna get those egos checked. |

On the October 8/9 episode of Glory, it'll be a match to determine the TRUE Tag Team Champions - Omega Satyros and The Black Cat will face Conor Caine and... no one, currently. It could potentially be a handicap match, but it sounds like Caine wants it that way! Tune in to find out what happens!
