What was your guys weirdest champion World, TV, Cruiserweight, Tag Team Champions, Women's.
Mine was Jobber Joe as the cruiserweight champion.

Drool beat Slashmaster to win the World Title in my first playthrough, ending a 2+ year reign. There was also the time that a glitch caused someone to win the Tag Team Titles from himself, but I can’t remember who.

Max attack won the world title from Dr B early on in my first game year.

I wouldn’t consider it inherently weird, but the circumstances made it such. Cabb, winner of the 1992 Battle Royale, took the title shot he earned and ended the 13-month long World Title reign of Lazer. That is not the weird part, since I do often put a push bonus on earned opportunities like that.
The weird part is when Cabb is scheduled to make his second defense, essentially a throwaway match on the April, Week 2 card. I just threw Ruffian in there, someone who had a decent record, but wasn’t supposed to be a legit threat. I’m sure you can see where this is going. Even with the generous push bonus Cabb got from being champ and having a push card applied, Ruffian won the title. That really screwed my plans up and made me scramble for some justification for the ongoing story I had going on in my head. Now Ruffian is going into Champ Clash with this random title win. That whole scenario made me push the guaranteed title shot back so I could make sure I go in with the matchup I planned for.

Tag team- The Schmuck and Valkyrie, the intergender champions.
TV- theres no one too weird for me, Zombie skater once had it.
Cruiserweight: Nothing surprising here, but Ninja Star and Masakiri had like 15 five Star matches for it So far.
Women’s- Gorgon Tokoro tends to hold my women’s title for years at a time lol.
World- I also had Jobber Joe as champion once. My next PPV was headlined by JJ vs Mandonna (JJ won).

I had such a weird world title scene in 1991. Basically I had SlashMaster hold the title for 20 defenses until losing it to Lazer who held it for 18 defenses before losing in what I would call a fluke to VTC who had won the Rumble. VTC would lose to Bobby Blitzworth who lost it to Great Ginzu, who lost to Beer Can Man, who lost to Reptile Ranger, who lost to Kannibal Keith, who lost to Lazer, who lost to Chief Buffalo, who lost to Orion Northstar, who lost to Average Guy, who lost to Big Bad Doctor who now thankfully has 4 defenses. The saddest part is with two exceptions all of these guys lost on their first defense. It was like the attitude era.
Nothing crazy for my tag titles.
TV title Slammer Johnson upset El Presidente.
CW title has been a little crazy with Skeleskreem upsetting Magnifico, then immediately losing to Curt Grunge who lost o Cabb who had a nice little run before being upset by 2-Zap.
I have had a ton of Women win the title and then lose it in on the first defense. I've never even had a women have double digit defenses. The Queen of Mean has had the most with 6.

Pelvis Pressly beat Dude brohan in one of my games for the world title, he even managed to defend it for 4-5 matches

Was trying to set up a Brohan/Buzzsaw a la WM6 match at champ clash but Brohan had to defend 2 shows before the p4v, so I put in Chief Buffalo as canon fodder before the big event. Buff won and left me without the ME I planned for. Still put the match on and Buzzsaw won but not what I wanted.

Was trying to set up a Brohan/Buzzsaw a la WM6 match at champ clash but Brohan had to defend 2 shows before the p4v, so I put in Chief Buffalo as canon fodder before the big event. Buff won and left me without the ME I planned for. Still put the match on and Buzzsaw won but not what I wanted. I love reading booking nightmares like these, did you eventually get to Brohan Vs Buzzsaw later down the line? |

Not yet, got the Overload card so been fueding both guys in singles and tags against him with a view to booking it at my next year's champ clash and hopefully for the gold this time lol. |
