So, a quick explanation:
I have been trying to retire Arizona for almost six months, as I feel I’ve accomplished everything I want to with that character. The plan was to retire after he lost his final challenge for the world title. Then he won. Then, I was hoping he’d lose the match after the J-1 against Shredsbury… then the five-way match. Finally, thanks to Winter, he gets to have his retirement. As such, he’s hopefully going to have a job backstage alongside Yuppie and Dyno.
Be on the lookout for my new character over the next couple weeks. Arizona may be gone, but the guy behind him is still writing.

A quick post-mortem.
Arizona ends his career with:
3 world title reigns (most all time)
552 combined days as world champ (most all time)
2 tag title reigns
1 J-1 Tournament victory
6 Jammy Awards, including the last three for Match of the Year with three different opponents
And the weirdest stat: Arizona has been a world champion at some point during each of the first five calendar years (2020-2024) of JWA’s existence.
Godspeed, Franchise. May you continue to make bad parody movies and raise Madison to eventually challenge an aging Daisy Turner for the women’s title in 2040.

Wow, I just want to say a quick thank you for this amazing opportunity. Arizona will be missed and his legacy will move on forever.
Now since I'm kinda the locker room leader. I shall vow to give it my all and promise to be a great history making World Champion, I look forward to taking on all comers and enjoy writing with each and every one of you. I can't wait to see what comes in the future
