Superstar Saturday 6/4/83 Golden Plaza Great Crowd 654/46/**
1) The American Heroes over The Executors is our opener. During the match, the “USA” chants, and some anti-Canada chants got very loud. War Hawk stopped the match to address the crowd. He reminded them that while the Executors may be from another country, it is a country that is very friendly to the US. He said that while he never minds “USA” chants, they might not be as appropriate here as they would be against BASILISK. Mercenary cut him and said to let them say what they want. He and Spazz intensely dislike the USA, so they couldn’t care less how American jerks feel about them. The Executors start singing O Canada. A few lines in, they stop and attack the Heroes. After the pinfall, War Hawk apologizes to the crowd. “While all of Canada may not deserve your scorn,” he said, “these two certainly do.” Merc came back with “most Canadians hate the US. Hate all you want. We know the superior country and I think you all do, too, whether you admit it or not.”
2) In a non-title match, Death Star Boy, with Dark Invader, pinned The Shark. DI’s presence did play a factor in the win.
3) Ace Arcadium easily defeated The Annihilator. Ace told the people of Las Vegas that this was rapidly becoming his favorite town in America. He told them that he would be in the casino after the show if anyone wanted to him get on the hottest streak known to man.
4) Next up is a commercial for the upcoming Tag Team Invitational P4V. The two teams featured are The Blade Blasters and the debuting team known as The Dobermans. Lazer says the Blasters will win the tournament, win the titles back, and take their place on top of the tag division again. The Dobermans say they appreciate the invitation, and will be sticking around in WoW for a while. They say they are particularly looking forward to facing the Executors.
5) Poppa Chopper, with Ryan Regret, over Crash. Regret comes to the announce table during the match. The announcers ask him about Vladimir the Cruel, and the note he was handed. Regret says that it was nothing, and Vlad better figure that out soon or Ryan’s going to have to sic someone on him. 6) Dark Invader gets another clean win over Dude Brohan.
7) Vladimir the Cruel comes out and calls out Ryan Regret. He says that the big mystery is this. He and Ryan were talking about a contract. Ryan was observing him during that match to see if there was anything he would suggest Vlad work on. The mysterious note was a reminder from the office that Regret couldn’t manage Vlad if he kept the Mad Arab because one of the stipulations for the break-up of the Coalition was that no two members of that group could be affiliated. Instead of talking it over after the match, Regret just leaves. Vlad says he didn’t appreciate that kind of cavalier treatment. Regret comes out. He says that he was never serious about managing Vlad, but he saw a guy who hadn’t accomplished much and thought he might be able to help. When he got the note, he figured why bother and left. Vlad said you could’ve talked to me later, and Regret said that he didn’t care enough to bother. Vlad wasn’t worth his time in the big picture. Vlad goes after Regret, but is met by The Mad Arab. They start fighting. Honest Al comes out and says the office wants to make this official. A ref joins in and once they get to the ring, the match is on. The Mad Arab goes on to win.
8) Chaka Crass, with Uncle Eros, over Glam. Before the match, Crass called out Eros. She said that she and Mother Russia had thought about Eros’ offer to form a harem, and were actually intrigued. She invited Eros to stay out with her. After the win, Crass said it was nice having him out there, and accepts his offer.
9) Dicky Thunderbird over Jet Set Strutter and Damon Van Winkle in a three-way match.

Sunday Night Slam 6/12/83 The Ballroom Sold Out 1002/48/**
1) Chameleon Kid over Yuppie VP. It was announced that Mr. Tycoon was injured, and would not be interfering in this match. 2) Next up is a 10-man battle royal to determine Average Guy’s next challenger. The participants are: Arizona Chance/O’ Hooligan/The Shark/The Annihilator/Zombie Punk/El Presidente/Ninja Star/Keith Blood/The Flawless One/and eventual winner…Reptile Ranger. Ninja Star and The Annihilator got into a particularly violent tussle after their eliminations.
3) Next up is a three-way featuring Gorgon Tokoro, Succubus, and Gothica. Succubus was licking her chops, as this was essentially a handicap match. After the announcements, Countess got in the ring and said she was pulling Gorgon. The office could add someone or make it a regular match, she didn’t care which. Her business was too important. Glam came out and was inserted. Succubus looked angry at Countess. Gothica went on to win, putting Succubus away with Halloween Dreams.
4) Ace Arcadium is out for an interview. He says that while he accepted Zen’s offer to help out against Wall St. and their partner, he had an ulterior motive for coming back to WoW. He says he knows Dark Invader, and what a true threat he is. He is the evil in Evil Empire. Death Star Boy is just a very confused stooge. He’s back to take care of Dark Invader. Moon Man interrupts and asks him if he knows what DI did to his best friend. Ace says he doesn’t know for sure, but DI’s done it before. He tells Moon that his friend has gone. No one aligned with DI has ever come back from the Dark Side. Moon asks if Ace understands how they are wrestling here. He reminded everyone that The Evil Empire are working for free. WoW will let them wrestle, but they won’t pay them. He doesn’t understand how they are even allowed to compete after what they did. Ace says he doesn’t get that either, but he will find out.
5) Evil Empire come out for the next match. Dark Invader says that he can’t believe Ace admitted that the two of them have a history since that history consists of him making Ace look like the fool he is. Jessie Wild is out next. He says that he found the perfect partner, and all he had to do was “look to the Sky”. Chet Skye came out to a thunderous ovation for a one-night-only Neon Express reunion. However, despite starting out hot, the Express couldn’t maintain the advantage and went down in defeat to the Empire.
6) Magnus Muscle over Zen. This match was contested in a “friendly” manner.
7) Mother Russia and Chaka Crass are with Uncle Eros and Cesar Sleeze. Sleeze says he’s glad they accepted Eros’ offer to becomes his harem. Helga Schmidt storms in and says that he doesn’t need a harem. She’s equal to 5 women. Sleeze says she’s as big as 5 women. Instead of being offended, Helga kisses him. Crass says that they changed the offer slightly. They don’t want to be Sleeze’s harem, they want to be Eros’ harem. Uncle is intrigued, and Sleeze if offended. Sleeze and Helga leave, with him telling her to leave him alone. Mother says they have a suggestion for a new member, and they bring in Auntie Voodoo. Eros is taken back at first, but Voodoo says that she will make any charms and conjures he will ever need. Eros likes that idea. Voodoo says all the payment she needs is some “special attention”. Eros seems a little less than thrilled, and says they can work something out.
8) Skullgore over He-Beast the Barbarian, with Dungeon Crawler, in a fantastic match. Before the match, Beast tells the crowd to welcome Dungeon Crawler “to the Resistance.” He says that Crawler has long been a Cimmeternian sympathizer, and has decided to help out against this incarnation of BASILISK.
9) The main event is Slashmaster defending against Dicky Thunderbird. The Gargoyle says that despite the match quality being enjoyable to the fans, this is Thunderbird’s last shot. No one from the office will contradict that either. He isn’t interested in pleasing anyone except himself and his men. Slash picked up the win in the weakest match of their series. After the pin, Gargoyle tells his men to “make sure Dicky really is done challenging them by making so he can’t even get to the ring.” Shop of Horrors and Zombie Punk attack and injure Thunderbird.

Weekend Wrasslin’ 6/18/83 Boston Arena Great Crowd 860/46/**
1) Cesar Sleeze, with Helga Schmidt, over Pop King. PK gets two near falls after Helga distracts Cesar with her amorous advances. He tries to leave without her, but she follows him.
2) Sibling Strength over Sorcery in a great match. The end sees He-Beast pin Skullgore.
3) Auntie Voodoo, with Uncle Eros, over Glam. After the match, Voodoo says that she agrees that having Eros at ringside “feels right with the spirits”. She says she would like to join the harem. She also says she would like some “special attention” right now. Eros says she’s welcome to join, but he’s got a headache. Auntie says she will mix him a potion right up, and asks if he knows where she can get some alpaca guano.
4) Ninja Star defeats The Annihilator.
5) Brit Buckingham over Moon Man.
6) In the second commercial for the upcoming Tag Team Invitational P4V, we see two more teams. Featured this time are Howl n’ Roar and Barbaric Nature. The first-round match-ups for the tournament are also released. The Executors vs. The Dobermans, Howl n’ Roar vs. Barbaric Nature, The Blade Blasters vs. Evil Empire, and Wall Sr. vs. The Van Winkles will be first up in the tournament. Ryan Regret says that BN look forward to “skinning the cat...and the dog.”
7) Shop of Horrors over 8-Bit. SoH continue their assault after the match, and Ace Arcadium makes the save.
8) Evil Empire come out while Ace is checking on Zen. Dark Invader tells Ace that he thought Ace had come back to WoW to take care of him. He finds that amusing since he’s the only person Ace hasn’t confronted. He knows Ace isn’t ready to be embarrassed again. Ace says he’s biding his time. DI says Ace is wasting his time. He says to stop talking about him, or try and do something about him and fail. Ace says “let’s go” and heads after DI. Invader tells DSB to intercept AA, and DI exits while Ace and DSB fight.
9) Reptile Ranger defeats Average Guy to win the WoW TV Title

7) The Blade Blasters over Wall St. It appears that Tycoon aggravates the injury from which he’s just returned.
8) Jet Set Strutter is out to talk. He opens with his usual spiel. He talks about how the fans love him one minute and hate him the next depending on who is standing in the other corner. He says that he doesn’t care if they cheer him or boo him, because they can always say they were entertained. He swears that he is going to figure out the mystery of Slashmaster, reiterating that he is the toughest guy he’s ever faced. He puts over Dicky Thunderbird and Damon Van Winkle as two guys who push him to the limit. He talks about unfinished business with Average Guy, and says that there’s no one who knows more about wrestling, yet looks less like a wrestler, than Guy. He wants the WoW title back, and will go through all those men and more to get it.

Sunday Night Slam 7/10/83 Golden Plaza Sold Out 1780/47/***
1) El Presidente over Zen. EP asks for a mic. He says that “here we are again. Me venting about being in the opener again.” He said this is a cycle that he’s tired of. The office will give him a shot which he always takes advantage of, but then they put him back down. He’s earned more respect in this business than anyone in WoW gives him. Seeing as how nobody will give him already-earned respect, then he will have to take it by force.
2) Gothica over Succubus. Countess accompanies Succubus to the ring, but then starts to leave. Succubus stops her. They have a forceful conversation in which Gorgon Tokoro’s name is dropped more than once. An impatient Gothica finally attacks Succubus, breaking up the conversation. Countess shrugs it off and leaves.
3) Average Guy gets a clean win over Jet Set Strutter. After the match, JSS offers to shake Guy’s hand. Guy does so warily, and it comes off without incident.
4) Evil Empire over The Adventurers.
5) Max Attack over Brit Buckingham.
6) Conquer & Command are out with Countess. They show off the tag titles and tell everyone that they aren’t going anywhere. The BASILISK High Council is happy with their WoW cotingent’s success, and with the approval of the High Council comes rewards untold. The WoW BASILISK faction is currently enjoying these rewards, and wants to keep it that way. Countess then starts talking about recruitment, and what an honor it is to be accepted by BASILISK. She says that they scout people who excel at their profession, and Blade Blaster Lazer definitely excels. Buzzsaw is adequate, but everyone knows who runs that team. Who the brains and the brawn really are. She would be open to dialogue should anyone be interested in becoming a part of the greatest organization on this Earth. “Well, not anyone,” she adds, “but if you’ve been extended an invitation, even informally, contact me.”
7) Soul Daddy is in the ring to welcome back Johnny Kobra from his time in “the school of hard knocks”. Kobra says that he’s been kickin’ tail and getting his kicked both. He learned from every shot he took or landed. He is ready for the day when every team in WoW fears the Gramercy Riffs. The Riffs take on the Dungeon Masters in tag team bout. The ending is a double DQ with all four men fighting in and around the ring. Afterwards, SD yells at Kobra for losing his cool. “Didn’t you learn anything from your time back in the streets?” Kobra says he learned that he loves Tequila way to much, and that he prefers redheads to blondes. SD asks what he’s talking about, and Kobra says “what you call the “school of hard knocks” was me laying on the beach in Tahiti with my boy laughing at your sorry self.” SD asks who his boy is. Ruffian comes up behind SD and cheap shot him from behind. Kobra says “Meet my boy, Ruffian”. Kobra says he was a fool to ever follow a delusional jackass like Soul Daddy, both in the past and now. “Ruffian was a better partner than you could ever imagine being.” Kobra and Ruffian beat down SD and nobody comes to help. They finally leave after deciding that all this kicking the crap out of a guy has made them thirsty, so they head out for a beer.
8) The Flawless One approaches Reptile Ranger backstage and asks for a TV Title match. Ranger says that he accepts and will check with the office. TFO says that, most likely, the office will decline. Whether they actually do is another matter, but Ranger will say they did to avoid the match. Ranger says that even if they do decline to make a title match, we can style have a go. TFO says it’s title or nothing, as Ranger isn’t on his level for a meaningless match.
9) On his 18th consecutive title defense, Slashmaster drops the belt to the Valedictorian. The people give Val a huge reaction, but he acts rude to them. He doesn’t want their approval. The Flawless One comes to congratulate him. Gargoyle takes Slash and leaves.

Weekend Wrasslin’ 7/16/83 Chitown Complex Sold Out 2070/45/***
1) New WoW champion, The Valedictorian, is in the ring to open the show. Once again, the fans try to show their support for his defeat of Slashmaster, but Val tells them to “shove their cheers and stop trying to make me your hero. If you jeer me against Dicky Thunderbird, then jeer me now or shut the Hell up.” He says he’s the man who has done the impossible. He has slain the monster and will slay anyone who steps up. He gives a shout-out to his partner, The Flawless One, and says that when TFO takes the TV title from the “the lizard boy” that the Honor Society will be complete. 2) In an elimination Trios match, Ryan Regret’s team of Barbaric Nature and Cutthroat Carter defeat Howl n’ Roar and Bobby Blitzworth. The Mad Arab is the sole survivor after finishing off Leo.
3) In their first face-off, Dark Invader gets a clean win over Ace Arcadium. DI says that WoW can throw as many heroes as they want to try to take him down, and they will all fail.
4) The Queen of Mean comes out for her match against Princess Starbright. She says she now wishes to be called “The Queen of Love”, because she has been bathed in the “light of love” from the incredible Uncle Eros. She introduces him as her new “master”. Eros says that the harem grows on weekly basis, but asks the female fans to stop bugging him about joining. His harem is for real women only, and none of the rejects in WoW’s audience qualify. The Queen wins the match against Starbright. Mother Russia, Chaka Crass, Auntie Voodoo, and, to everyone’s surprise, Valley Girl join Eros and the Queen in the ring. Valley Girl says that she had a chance to be the first member, but she blew it. Now, she needs to make amends. With that, she kisses Eros. The rest of the harem act jealous and follow suit. Voodoo says that if Eros will follow them to the back, they have a room ready with wine and peeled grapes. Eros seems excited by the idea and the group proceed to the back.
5) BASILISK comes out to address the crowd. She wants to talk about the Ladies this time, and specifically, Lyndi Harker. She isn’t sure how Harker’s been able to keep Gorgon at bay all this time, but she’s been successful. That’s about to change. Before she can continue, Succubus comes out. Countess asks her what she’s doing here as she wasn’t called for. Succubus asks why she wasn’t called for. Countess says that this business doesn’t concern you. Succubus says that she’s BASILISK, and BASILISK business is my concern. Countess comes back with “I will tell you what your concerns are. Otherwise, you have none.” Iron Mask steps in between the ladies and says that this might be best handled more discreetly. Skullgore agrees and suggests they leave. Succubus doesn’t follow at first, but eventually does.
6) The Dungeon Masters over The Frat Boy Bullies.
7) Drool picks up a win over Skullgore with a little help from a He-Beast distraction.
8) We cut to a clip from WoW’s late-night talk show partner who has finally been persuaded to allow WoW guests back on the show. This time the guests are Madame Tiki and Teeny Norman. During the conversation, Norman makes a promise. He says that by the end of the year, he will be ready to return to the ring. He promises that he and a tag partner of his choosing will face and defeat Evil Empire. The host says that he must ask how, as Norman looks nowhere near ready to return. Norman says that next week, he is undergoing a radical, experimental new procedure that he’s convinced will heal him. The host asks Tiki about all this. She says that she too believes the process will work, but she’s wary about Norman making promises like this. Norman says that you either believe in me or don’t…there’s no middle ground. Tiki says that she understands this, and is making her own promise. On the same night that this tag match is scheduled, she will make her full time return to the ring. Norman says that he has a surprise for her. A minster walks out. Norman asks her if she like to get married now. She says “yes” and they have a short ceremony right on the show. The host acts as witness. Champagne is handed out to the entire audience for a toast, and anyone who wants to stick around after the show can wait outside the studio and throw birdseed as the newlyweds head out.
9) O’ Hooligan successfully defends the Cruiserweight title with a win over Death Star Boy.

Ladies Night 7/24/83 Empire Gardens Sold Out 3175/46/**
1) In the opening match, Aurora defeats Gorgon Tokoro by DQ when Countess interferes.
2) In the only men’s’ match of the night, The Flawless One defeated Arizona Chance and Ninja Star in a three-way match. The Valedictorian joined TFO for a celebration after the match. Reptile Ranger comes out with the TV title. He says he thought TFO wanted a title match. “The office approved it days ago, so the balls in your court. Who is hiding now?” TFO says he’s well aware of that, but he’s not hiding, he’s waiting to strike. Ranger says “waiting to strike” must be code for “hiding behind Valedictorian. Find me when you think you’re ready, I’m not hard to find.”
3) The annual Ladies’ Night battle royal is up next. This year’s participants are:
Chaka Crass/Glam/Gothica/Mother Russia/Mynx/Princess Starbright/The Queen of Mean/The debuting Spunky Sparks/Valley Girl/eventual winner, for the third year in a row…. Auntie Voodoo.
Uncles Eros comes to the ring with his harem. Every lady is begging him to root for her. He says that he will have a special evening prepared if the winner is one of his girls. The winning lady will be allowed to pamper him one-on-one for one night, and will not have to share his attention. As the match ends, and Auntie Voodoo is one of the last, he is seen making subtle gestures that he would rather her not win. When she does, it is obvious she is not his first choice, although he plays it cool when she is near. Meanwhile, while this is going on Succubus comes to the ring. The ref tells her to leave, and she seems to argue. After an angry dialogue, she storms her way to the back.
4) We cut to the cemetary with the Mausoleum. Slashmaster, Keith Blood, Zombie Punk, and The Gargoyle are there. Gargoyle says that it’s time for he and his monsters to return to the darkness from whence they came. Slashmaster proved vulnerable, and this should not be the case. He also admitted that Skullgore’s betrayal cut deep. The fake blood-bonding has cause his energies to unalign, and that must be alleviated. With that, the foursome enters the mausoleum, and the door slam shut behind them with a huge thud. The sound of a chilling laugh can be faintly heard as we fade out.
5) In the main event, Lyndi Harker, with Dude Brohan, continues her streak by retaining against Countess with Skullgore. After the pin, Countess is heard yelling “where’s Succubus?”

Honest Al catches Reptile Ranger as he’s entering the building. Al asks about The Flawless One’s challenge. Ranger says that everyone is already writing him off against TFO. They say he doesn’t stand a chance. “It took me two and a half years to win a title in WoW. I was injured during some of that time, and busy with my show during other parts. At no time did my desire to carry a gold belt with WoW on it ever wane. I knew my day would come, and it did.” Ranger put over Average Guy as a worthy champion. “TFO is the anti-Guy. It has nothing to do with being average of being flawless. Guy is average in name only. He’s a true superstar in this business. TFO, the Flawed One as I like to say, is a talented but ultimately classless person. He will not take this belt anytime soon.”
1) The debuting Chief Buffalo defeats Crash.
2) We come in during a heated conversation involving Countess and Succubus. Gorgon Tokoro is present, but not participating. Countess is reprimanding Succubus for not being there last week. Succubus asks Countess “what do you want from me? When I’m there, I’m not supposed to be and when I’m supposed to be, nobody lets me know. You’ve pulled me out of battle royals, left ringside when you’re supposed to be seconding me, pulled Gorgon from a three-way and it ended up being a 2-on-1 with me as the one…” Countess interrupted, “I admit to doing those things, and it’s my business why. Never question me. As far as your concerned, I am always right. Now, I can tell this is making you angry, well, too bad. The benefits of being BASILISK outweigh any petty little rage you might be feeling, and you know it. Deal with it, Succubus, or deal with Gorgon. “Countess and Gorgon walk away from a seething Succubus.
3) Cesar Sleeze comes down to the ring for his match against Max Attack. He appears to be looking around for something or someone. He finally looks to be settled and happy when Helga Schmidt comes from the crowd and climbs the railing. He suddenly isn’t settled. Helga remains at ringside for the match. This time, however, a well-timed distraction allows Sleeze to pick-up the win. He acts stunned that she actually got it right.
4) Dark Invader gets another clean win over Ace Arcadium.
5) Roboelectro, with Prof. Gigawatt, defeats Chameleon Kid.
6) Valley Girl, with Uncle Eros, and Princess Starbright go to a Double Disqualification.
7) In a three-way match to find Valedictorian’s next challenger, Jet Set Strutter defeats Average Guy and Ninja Star. Strutter offers handshakes to both opponents before and after the match.
8) Lyndi Harker retains the Ladies’ Title by defeating Auntie Voodoo with Uncle Eros. Honest Al asks Voodoo about the loss. Voodoo seems disappointed, but says her “special night” with Eros will make it all ok.

Sunday Night Slam 8/14/83 Canada Centre Great Crowd 1810/46/***
1) Mynx over Chaka Crass with Uncle Eros. Eros chides Crass for not following his guidance. She acknowledges her grievous error and presents herself for re-indoctrination. Eros says that is definitely in her future.
2) Zen over GoblinKnight. This is the first time we’ve seen Goblin since he went into the mausoleum with Zombie Punk months ago. The announcers tell us that he just showed up at the office one day, but refused to acknowledge where he’d been.
3) Spunky Sparks over The Queen of Mean. Eros was not with her, but did come out afterwards. He seemed unhappy with her, and, like Crass, she admitted the loss was all on her. “If I had heeded the master’s words, I would be celebrating a victory right now.” Sparks was walking around ringside shaking hands. Eros pointed at her and ordered The Queen to attack her. He grabbed Sparks and allowed The Queen to strike her repeatedly with the prop bow he carries. Princess Starbright made the save.
4) Death Star Boy over The Shark in another great match between these two long-time rivals.
5) Cutthroat Carter, with Ryan Regret, over Moon Man.
6) The announcers are previewing the upcoming Blade Blasters versus Executors match when they say there’s a commotion in the locker room. We cut to Conquer & Command beating down Buzzsaw. Lazer is not around. The assault continues until Lazer charges into the room. He goes after C&C, but they duck away. Iron Mask tells Lazer, “thanks for the set-up, man” before exiting.
7) The Executors are the ring. Merc says that the medical team won’t let Buzzsaw wrestle tonight, so they will celebrate a forfeit win and get the party started in their home town. The American Heroes music plays and they come out. War Hawk says that they are more than willing to take the Blasters spot in this match. Merc says it’s too late for a substitute, but the ref approves and the match is on. The Heroes defeat The Executors.
8) An enraged Lazer grabs Honest Al. Al asks about Buzzsaw, and Lazer says he will be fine. Al asks what Iron Mask meant when he said “thanks for the set-up”. Lazer says that in just the last few minutes, a rumor has shot around the locker room that he left Buzzsaw alone on purpose to set-up the attack. Al says it was odd that they weren’t together as they always are this close to a match time. Lazer says he had a bit of business to attend to, no big deal. Al mentions that Buzzsaw asked somebody where you were at while he was being treated. He didn’t know you were gone. Lazer denies that. He says “ever since Countess implied that BASILISK is scouting me, people have been looking at me sideways. Not Buzzsaw, though. He knows where I stand. This is BASILISK trying to come between us, and it won’t work.”
9) In his first WoW title defense, Valedictorian drops the belt to Jet Set Strutter. The Flawless One tries to help, but it’s not enough. JSS slaps the 6-Figure Leglock on TFO after the match. Unfortunately, this leaves him exposed for Val’s big elbow drop off the turnbuckle.
As the announcers are signing off, we cut to the back again. The Executors are assaulting the American Heroes. The beating goes on as we fade out.

3) Cutthroat Carter, with Ryan Regret, over Michael T. Wolf. Barbaric Nature attacks after the match, and Mighty Leo and the Blitz make the save. A brawl with all six men carries on through the commercial break.
4) Dude Brohan and Lyndi Harker over Skullgore and Gorgon Tokoro. BASILISK was scheduled to represented by Sorcery, but Countess pulled out at the last minute.
5) Zeke Mullet over Crash. Al tried to interview Zeke, but the big hillbilly had nothing to say.
6) The announcers tell us that WoW received footage just before the show of Auntie Voodoo’s “special night” with Uncle Eros. They haven’t seen it, but the production crew got a preview and called it “can’t miss viewing.” It opens with Eros entering a hotel room. He’s carrying the camera and narrating. There are rose petals all over the bed, champagne and strawberries on the table, and Barry White on the speakers. As he finishes the tour of the room, Auntie enters. She’s dressed rather elegantly. She tells Eros that she “left the spirits at home for this one night”. Eros pats the champagne and says he brought his own spirits. He then places the camera on a stand in the corner, and he and Auntie start a slow, grindy dance. He’s wearing his usual toga, but also a bow tie and black, wingtip dress shoes. Eros says he’s going to have to turn off the camera as it’s about to go from “PG to R in here”. Auntie says to hold off because she has a surprise for him and she wants it recorded for posterity. She has him lie on the bed. First, she blindfolds him. Then, she positions him with this arms above his head. Without warning, she handcuffs one arm to bedpost. He says “kinky!”. He allows her to cuff the other one. She says she needs to go slip into something more comfortable. She opens the door to the room, and Mother Russia, Chaka Crass, the Queen of Mean, and Valley Girl enter quietly. Val pops the champagne and Eros comments that he’s thirsty. Crass removes his shoes and socks, and then stuffs one his own socks in his mouth. Val then pours the champagne all over his face and head. Auntie rips off the blindfold and Eros looks scared. Mother Russia holds his head in her hands. “You little roach. You must be truly delusional if you think any one of us, much less all of us, would be attracted in the slightest to a creep like you.” Chaka spoke up, “you’re lucky we didn’t kick your tail the night you brought it up, but Val caught us later and came up with the plan. You’d already treated her like crap with that scheme you and Sleeze came up with.” Val’s turn, “you really think I was going to let you get away with that? I couldn’t think of how to get back at you, then you made this sick suggestion and handed me my answer. Ladies, thank you for playing along. I know we all feel dirty now, but I think it was worth it. What’d you got to say, Unc?” Auntie ripped off the blindfold and sock. “Don’t you dare yell,” she added. Eros tried flattery, but the ladies were having none of it. Finally, the sock went back in his mouth. Auntie went to the camera and turned it away from the bed. Crass was heard to say, “let’s get this toga off.’ A second later, Val was heard to add, “that’s disgusting.” With that, the unmistakable sounds of a beat down were heard. We cut back to two white-faced announcers. “That was definitely must-see, ladies and gentlemen. I do hope our younger viewers weren’t overly troubled should they have seen that footage. Uh, let’s go to break- “.
7) The Dungeon Masters over The Frat Boy Bullies.
8) Countess and Aurora are in the ring. Honest Al, two refs, and two security guards are between them. Al says Countess has something to say. “Aurora, I want to make you a challenge. We’ve talked about your team of Cimmeternians and sympathizers against BASILISK. We’ve talked about how we can go around and round, with you guys occasionally stealing a win, and my team winning the rest. We’ve talked about how, no matter who wins how many matches, that it won’t change what happened to Cimmeternia. You can swear eternal vengeance, but what good will it do? Your brother tires of the fight even though he won’t admit it. He’s in a new team now. Let’s end this thing, please. There’s one match that we’ve never done one-on-one. You put the Cimmeternian flag in one corner and I put the BASILISK flag in the other. Whoever gets their flag and waves it first wins. A flag match, pure and simple. If you win, we will sign matches with you and your’s till the end of days. If we win, then this is done. What do you say?” Aurora was silent for a minute, then “it goes against every fiber of my being, because a serpent like you will find a way to steal the match in many cases. I can take you though. I can beat you and make you fight me forever. I accept with one condition. Nobody at ringside, period. Before, during, or after the match. It’s me and you, Countess. We started it so we will end it.” Countess agreed to Aurora’s term. Countess offered a handshake, but Aurora just walked off.
9) In a TV title match, Reptile Ranger successfully defends against The Flawless One. The Valedictorian tried to assist his partner, but Ranger was able to thwart his attempts at interference.

Summer Smash 8/28/83 Rassletorium Sold Out 2780/47/***
WoW travels down south for the first time as they make their debut at the World Famous Rassletorium!!
1) The show opens with O’ Hooligan retaining the Cruiserweight Title versus Ninja Star.
2) Dark Invader over Ace Arcadium for the third time. DI tells him after the match that he is through giving Ace chances. The superior wrestler is obvious in this case, and Ace has wasted enough of his time.
3) Honor Society are in the ring. TFO says they should be celebrating, but they are angry. WoW has screwed both of them over. Val says that the office was going to make sure Jet Set Strutter took the title, and that Reptile Ranger beat TFO. He says that they will get those titles, despite the office trying to stack the deck against them.
4) Reptile Ranger successfully defends the TV title against Cutthroat Carter with Ryan Regret. The Honor Society attack him after the match, and to everyone’s shock, Jet Set Strutter makes the save. As JSS is returning to the back, he is ambushed by Skullgore. Security and group from the locker room pull Skullgore off.
5) Max Attack over Chief Buffalo.
6) Conquer & Command, with Countess, over The Dungeon Masters to retain the WoW Tag Team Titles. This was scheduled to be the Blade Blasters, but conflicting stories emerged as to why the substitution. One story said that Buzzsaw was still nursing injuries from the attack by C&C, but another said that he and Lazer weren’t talking.
7) Zeke Mullet is in a locker room. Cletus enters. Zeke tries to greet him, but Zeke asks him what the heck he’s doing here. He says that “Mullets are done in WoW. We can find some East Tennessee indie group if you just have to keep fighting. We don’t need them anymore.” Zeke says he wants to fight in WoW. Cletus orders him to grab his stuff and get in the truck. Zeke refuses, and Cletus says “Little Elmer won’t like you not listenin’ to me.” Zeke starts to speak, but then stops and follows Cletus out.
8) Lyndi Harker successfully defended the Ladies’ Title against Auntie Voodoo. Before the match, Auntie asked the crowd if they enjoyed the show last week that she and the ladies put on. She said “you won’t be seeing Uncle Eros around these parts anymore.”
9) In the main event, Jet Set Strutter retained the WoW Title with a win over Skullgore. JSS was still hampered by the attack earlier in the night, but pulled it out in the end. The Honor Society came out, but did not attack. Valedictorian told JSS that the title was his once and will be again no matter how hard the office tries to make it.

Superstar Saturday 9/3/83 Rassletorium Great Crowd 1222/40/***
WoW is back in the World-Famous Rassletorium as our first tour of the Deep South comes to a close.
1) Chief Buffalo over Pop King.
2) Next up is a three-way match featuring Succubus, Gorgon Tokoro, and Mother Russia. Tokoro and Succubus converse quietly before the match. When the bell rang, the ladies of BASILISK squared up and things looked tough for Mother Russia. Succubus and Mother locked up. Tokoro grabs Succubus and lays her out with a huge suplex. Mother is so stunned; she barely remembers to break up the pinfall. For the duration of the rather short match, Tokoro works over Succubus exclusively. Any time mother tried to interject herself; Tokoro would toss her back and continue the assault. Tokoro finally pinned Succubus to end the match. 3) Buzzsaw came out by himself for the tag match versus The Frat Boy Bullies. He indicated to the ref that he didn’t know the whereabout of Lazer and agreed to take the match with the handicap stipulation. The bell rang, and The Blasters music played again. Lazer came to the ring. He and exchanged looks, but didn’t speak. Johnnu Kobra then complained because he felt the match was now officially a handicap match which would keep Lazer out. Lazer went to the ringside table and rang the bell himself. He attacked Johnny and threw him in the ring. A few moves later and Kobra was pinned. Ruffian had tried to come in a break up the pin. He kicked at Lazer who grabbed his foot and held it while holding down kobra with the other hand. After the pin, Lazer press-slammed Ruffian onto Kobra. Saw approached him, but Lazer blew him off and left.
4) Next up is the Final Battle Flag Match between Aurora and Countess. To increase the stakes, the office said that no more matches between these two ladies would be booked within 18 months. It was a fantastic match which ended, to everyone’s dismay, with Countess waving the BASILISK flag in the middle of the ring as Aurora lay at her feet. Finally, Countess spoke, “As I predicted, BASILISK reigns supreme. Cimmeternia is gone, never to return. Enjoy the freedom that I have awarded you, Aurora.”
5) Zeke Mullet is back, and picks up an impressive win over Danger Zone. Al tries to talk to him again, but Zeke declines.
6) The Shark over Death Star Boy. Dark Invader hits the ring and they begin a beatdown. Ace Arcadium makes the save.
7) Cutthroat Carter, with Ryan Regret, over Bobby Blitzworth by DQ. The disqualification came when Blitz lost his temper and attacked Regret. Barbaric Nature save their manager, and Howl n’ Roar came out to assist Blitz. In the melee’, Blitz suffered some type of injury.
8) Average Guy over Dark Invader. DI says that he can’t understand the popularity of a “corpulent buffoon” like Guy. Guy says he draws strength from the “power of the people, bab-buh!” DI points to the fans and says if he has to crush everyone out there, then he will. He and DSB came back to wreak havoc, and wreak they shall.
9) O’ Hooligan retained the Cruiserweight Title with a win over Jessie Wild.

Sunday Night Slam 9/11/83 Boston Arena Great Crowd 965/49/**
1) The Honor Society make their tag debut with a dominating win over The Insectoids.
2) Dicky Thunderbird gets an easy win over The Annihilator.
3) Evil Empire over 8-Bit. They attack Zen after the match. Max Attack is taken out, and the assault on Zen continues. Ace Arcadium and Average Guy make the save.
4) Gorgon Tokoro comes to the ring with Countess. Countess says that one thing BASILISK will not stand for is insolence amongst its ranks. Succubus is insolent, and she will be punished. The punishment began during the 3-way last week, and it concludes tonight. She was unaware that she had been marked for punishment when they 3-Way began, so Gorgon’s actions were a surprise. Tonight, she faces the disciplinarian face-to-face. Her future depends on how she handles the discipline. Succubus can still be redeemed. With that, Succubus comes to the ring. She does not get the traditional BASILISK intro. In the match itself, Gorgon largely dominates her teammate and goes on to win. Succubus and Gorgon speak quietly after the match, and Gorgon orders Succubus to follow her to the back.
5) El Presidente comes out. He says, sarcastically, that he really appreciates the office finally giving him an opponent worthy of his greatness. He promises to not to embarrass Arizona Chance…too much. Chance goes on to win the match. Chance gets on the mic, “Hey, Mr. President, listen up. I usually wrestle my matches and move on. I talk when I’m scheduled to talk. This time, I got to make an exception. You complain about not getting opportunities, but when you do…this happens most of the time. I’m not one to criticize, but the boys in the back are sick of your whining. Ask them. It’s not just me. So, put up or shut up, Mister. Take advantage of opportunities, or stop whining and begging all the time.”
6) Honest Al is with Ace Arcadium and Average Guy. Ace compliments Guy on the success he’s had individually with Evil Empire. He came back to fight Dark Invader and hasn’t gotten the job done. Guy tells Ace not to get discouraged, that his time will come. He will send the Empire running in pain and fear. Ace says he hopes he’s right. Al then brings up something that hasn’t been mentioned since Evil Empire’s debut at the wedding back in February. Ace asks if he’s talking about why EE are wrestling in WoW in the first place? Al says that he was told simply that EE were working for free. They held all the rights of a contracted WoW wrestler, which in itself is ludicrous, but they receive no compensation. Guy adds that before the wedding, the office said that anybody who messes with it will automatically be fired. When EE show up and make a mess of things, they are added to the roster. If they are stupid enough to wrestle for free, then letting them do so is rewarding their horrible actions towards Tiki and Norman. Ace says that he's learned the office ordered that bit of info kept under wraps after it was initially leaked, hoping people would forget. In fact, they are probably furious watching this. Ace says he doesn’t care. He’s been working to find out why this was allowed to happen, and he’s getting close. He asks Guy for help, and AG says he will do whatever it takes, in the ring or behind the scenes.
7) Cesar Sleeze, with Helga Schmidt, over War Hawk. Once again, a timely distraction from Helga helps him pick up the win. This time, as they leave the ring, Sleeze shows a small bit of respect for his “ally”.
8) Skullgore is with Countess. What they are saying can’t be heard, but they look to be in a good mood. Lazer walks by on his way to the ring. He slows as he passes them, but his face remains impassive. BASILISK just smirk. Buzzsaw suddenly charges up and gets in Skullgore’s face. Skullgore doesn’t back down. Succubus steps in between and hisses at Buzzsaw. Countess pulls her back, but gives her a nod of approval. Lazer is behind Buzzsaw, and it looks like he might be about to strike him, but it’s unclear. Buzzsaw turns and shoves Lazer. “If you’re with them, tell me now. I will go beat those two masked fools and win the titles by myself. I do all the work all the time, anyhow. What’s new?” Lazer says, “What do you think? I may not have made up my mind yet, but you’re not helping the Blade Blasters cause at all.” I’m going to wrestle a match. It may be with you against them, or with them against you…which won’t be much of a match. You will have to find out in the ring.” Lazer leaves. Buzzsaw grabs Skullgore. “You better pray to whatever dark, vile thing you worship that my best friend makes the right choice. You’ve damaged the friendship already. If it gets broken, so do you, Skelly.”
9) When we come back from break, Lazer and Buzzsaw are waiting at the top of the ramp. Lazer motions for Buzzsaw to go first, but Saw says “I don’t trust you behind me, pal. You go first.” Lazer leads the way, but keeps looking back over his shoulder. In the ring, they go to opposite corners. When Conquer & Command, with Countess, comes out, they mock the way the Blasters are acting towards one another. Iron Mask offers to shake Lazer’s hand, but Lazer just looks at him. Countess yells that Lazer “doesn’t want to tip of his ex-best friend.” The match begins. Lazer insists Buzzsaw start. He’s in the ring a long time against C&C, but is control most of the time. A Countess distraction allows Copper Commander to take over. Buzzsaw finally gets to his corner for a tag, and Lazer picks that moment to confront Countess. They continue to work over Buzzsaw. He finally gets a second wind and takes out both members of C&C. He goes to his corner, but Lazer is leaving again. He leaves the ring and throws Lazer back in. After he re-enters the ring, a shoving match ensues. C & C and Countess are watching and encouraging Lazer to hit him. Out of nowhere, Succubus jumps on Countess’ back. She starts scratching her face. Copper Commander goes after her, and Succubus runs. In the ring, the shoving stops. Buzzsaw and Lazer break out in big smiles and fist bump. They double-clothesline Iron Mask, and set him up for the Master Blaster. Countess tries to climb on the ring apron, but Succubus pulls her off and she crashes face-first on the ground. They hit the Master Blaster and Buzzsaw goes for the cover. Lazer cuts off Copper Commander, and the Master Blasters, with a little trickery on their part and some timely help from ex-BASILISK member Succubus, become new WoW tag team champions. Succubus enters the ring so they can protect her from enraged BASILISK members. Skullgore and Gorgon Tokoro have made their way to ringside. It looks like BASILISK are going to attack, but Skullgore calls them off. The Blasters and Succubus leave the ring through the crowd.

Weekend Wrasslin’ 9/16/83 The Ballroom Sold Out 2385/50/****
WoW goes old-school as it returns to one of its original homes for a stellar card!!
1) O’ Hooligan’s Pub is open for business. His first guest is…Dude Brohan. They approach each other warily. O’ Hooligan offers his hand, and Brohan accepts the shake. Brohan comments that it’s good to see O’ Hooligan back in action. Whatever he went through last Spring had a lot of the boys nervous, including ones he wouldn’t have considered friends. O’ Hooligan said that he was surprised by who reached out, especially after the potential harm he did to WoW by attacking the talk-show host. He adds that he’s recently apologized to the host in person, although it wasn’t as well-received as he’d hope. Brohan said that’s all you can do. O’ Hooligan said that this guy (Brohan) was the first one to reach out to him. Brohan shrugged it off, and said that he was reaching out to the man behind this larger-than-life version on TV. O’ Hooligan changed the subject. He said there were rumors that Brohan might be taking a break to film a movie. Brohan said that he will confirm the rumors right now. Production starts right after the first of ’84 and will take several months. He couldn’t yet say anything about the film other than it will be about wrestling. Brohan said he would try to get O’ Hooligan a cameo, and was thanked for that promise. The two shook hands again as we cut to commercial.
2) Ace Arcadium defeated Death Star Boy with Dark Invader. Ace said it felt good to finally get a win over these clowns. Dark Invader reminded Ace that he hasn’t, and can’t, beat him.
3) The camera follows DSB and DI backstage. Average Guy is standing there with a cup of coffee. Without provocation, Evil Empire attack Guy. DI starts by slapping the hot coffee into Guy’s face. After that, it’s all Empire until Ace and others run them off.
4) Mynx defeated Chaka Crass. Mynx told Chaka afterwards that if she spent as much time honing her craft as she did in participating in overelaborate pay back scheme, she might amount to something someday.
5) Brit Buckingham over Max Attack.
6) The Honor Society are out. They challenge Jet Set Strutter and Reptile Ranger to a tag match. The stipulation is that if the HS win, they get shots at JSS’ and Ranger’s belts. If they lose, they are out of all title scenarios for 1 year, including automatic bids like tournament and battle royal winners.
7) Next up is a short clip of the infamous graveyard and mausoleum. We see Succubus enter the scene. She walks to door of the mausoleum and enters it. We fade to black.
8) The American Heroes over The Executors.
9) In a non-title match, Lyndi Harker defeated the Countess. Gorgon Tokoro attacked Harker after the match.
