Well, the run may be over prematurely. Somehow, while my phone was in my pocket, I managed to:

1) Open 80sMWR.
2) Hit New Game Button
3) Confirm Yes.

That's 3 layers of screen I worked my way through with no hands!!!!

They are seeing if they can restore my old files. If not, Cotguy's WoW is closed permanently.

I'm kind of sick about it...5 yrs. and a few months short of 20 yrs. booked.

Monday Night Live 8/1/94
Golden Plaza

Chance Solar is practically begging Sgt. Shipley not to go out for her opening match against Devastatia. He says that she shouldn’t even be released medically to compete as she’s still feeling the effects of the beating from two night ago. She says that she would go out even if she weren’t medically cleared. Mr. Fantasy has a hit squad take out Spunky just for being her friend, and she can’t allow that.

1) Devastatia, “Shipley, I don’t know how you’re standing upright. You should be in a hospital bed next to Spark’s. You are tough, as much as it galls me to say it. No amount of tough can stop me from finishing the job from the P4V. WoW medical, be ready for another patient.” Devastatia worked over Shipley for a long time, actually picking her up twice when she seemingly had a pinfall. An insert shows Chance and Mynx watching the match on a monitor. At the second pickup, Chance says he’s going out there. Mynx reminds him that he promised Sarge that they would keep their marriage and career separate. Mynx, “Besides, Chance, you will hold back….I won’t.” Mynx leaves and shows up at ringside. Devastatia tells her that she will be next if she’s here to support Shipley. While Devastatia argues with Mynx, Shipley hits the Power Loader out of nowhere for the pin. Devastatia kicks out immediately after 3, and proceeds to beat on Shipley. Mynx pulls her off, and they brawl. The rest of the ladies from the “beauty pageant” hit the ring. We see Chance tell a bleeped-out word, and head to the ring. As he makes his way there, the announcers tell us that the door to the locker room used by Shipley has been barred, and no one can get out. Solar shows up at ringside, but as he climbs in the ring, a large black bird flies into his face. He falls out of the ring clutching his eyes. Mr. Fantasy’s face appears on the screen and he tells the ladies “that’s enough.” They head to the back. As they do, the bird lands on Jenny Dreadful’s shoulder and she pets it’s feathers. Solar, Shipley, and Mynx all require medical attention.

2) HFK and VTC over Perfection.

3) Skeleskreem over El Presidente. Chicano tries to interfere, but Detective X cuts him off and Skreem gets the pin.

4) Mandonna and Valkyrie over The Smooth Criminals. Val does 90% of the work.
5) Herman Nerd over MCFrosty.

6) Chicano over Detective X. The ref will not allow their partners to remain at ringside. After getting the pinfall, Chicano picks up X’s tag title belt, says “you don’t deserve this,” and leaves with it.

7) Dizzy Lixx over The Average Son. Al tries to talk to AS, but he won’t stop.

8) Jenny Dreadful defeats Elfette with the help of her crow. The bird rides on Dreadful’s shoulder as she comes to the ring. It sits on the turnbuckles throughout the match. The match is evenly fought until Elfette gets the advantage. At this point, the crow flies into Elfette’s face. This allows Jenny to hit The Summoning for the win. After the match, Jenny says, “so much for you being the savior, little Elf.”

9) Chance Solar over Sumo San and Big, Bad Doctor in a three-way. Chance is wearing a patch over one eye, and Sumo San tries to exploit this injury from the outset.

Sports Entertainment 8/11/94
Mid-South Court

1) Ryan Regret is talking to Chicano and El Presidente. He says he’s worried. They ask where Sumo San and Grand Manga are. Regret says that Sumo’s getting ready for Chance Solar later on tonight, and he doesn’t really care about Manga’s whereabouts. “The only belt that I feel good about is the one that I don’t care about. I gotta bad feeling about Sumo and Solar today. I know it’s not title, but if Sumo loses then he has to give Solar a title shot, and that worries me. By the way, Chicano, stealing that belt is bad look.” Chicano, “why do you care how we look?” Regret, “it makes you look petty. You’re not the champ. All it shows is that you can steal things from a guy who’s barely conscious. Leave it here.” Chicano looks as if he’s going to protest, but EP stops him. The threesome leave without the belt. As the camera watches them walk off, we see Grand Manga had been standing just outside the room….

2) Penny Dreadful and Elfette over Succubus and Jenny Dreadful. Once again, Jenny’s crow tries to interject itself. This time, Penny sees it flying towards Elfette and yells something unintelligible. The bird drops out of the sky like a stone. Jenny screams and goes after it. She misses the save as Elfette pins Succubus. As soon as the three-count is complete, Penny says something else, and the bird immediately flies in the air. Jenny yells at her sister, who just laughs. Succubus asks what happened, but JD calls her crow to her shoulder and storms off.

3) Al is with Average Son. He thanks AS for giving them some interview time. AS says that he has to get his frustration out. “My father is one of the most popular wrestlers in the history of this business. I am a legacy, and I am failing him. I am losing matches to guys that I should be beating easily. He’s got to be so disappointed him me. I’m a disgrace to his name.” With that, AS walks off.

4) Sumo San is out with Ryan Regret. “Well, it turns out that I didn’t have anything to worry about. Chance Solar is on the IR, so my man won’t have to wrestle tonight. I know you all hate being deprived of that, but-“ Ace of Spades music hits, and the crowd roars. “Regret, listen here you piece of trash. Fatboy there will be wrestling tonight…against me.” Regret tried to protest, but Ace ran him off. Sumo attacked AoS from behind, and held an advantage. AoS took the momentum and rode it all the way to a win.

5) Avery over Herman Nerd.

6) Mr. Fantasy is in his office backstage. The door flies off it’s hinges from the outside and Fantasy jumps from his chair. Chance Solar charges in and flies right across MF’s desk. He grabs him by the collar. “You…” he pauses. MF, “Hello, Chance, you know you should be home recovering. By the way, how’s the little wify?” That’s it. Solar coldcocks Fantasy and he goes down. Solar picks him back up and lays him across the desk. He chokes MF. “You wretched, despicable little man. I.will.kill.you” Security fills the room and drags Solar off. He’s pulled out into the hall. We can hear Fantasy trying to yell “Arrest him!!” Uniformed law enforcement quickly show up and Chance is cuffed. MF, “you’re lucky they showed up, Chance. I was about to kick your ass!” Solar yells back, “sign a match and I will give you a chance to try.” The police take Solar to a waiting cruiser and drive off with him in the back.

7) Destruction are out. “So Skeleskreem and the Detective took our match and won our belts. We really aren’t to upset about that since we’d rather beat them for belts. We don’t like Regret’s little band of idiots, but we hate the freak and his partner.” Skeleskreem and Detective X come out. Skreem, “you guys might be strong and tough, but you are stupid as Hell. If you would handle your business outside of the ring like you do inside, you wouldn’t have “travel issues.” It’s a wonder you made it this far in your career if you’re that easy to manipulate.” Cutthroat, “what are you talking about?” Skreem, “you really are not bright, are you? You had travel issues because I screwed-up your travel. All it took as a few phone calls. By the time I was done, nobody could’ve untangled the mess I made. You see, kiddies, brains over brawn 100% of the time. Why do you think I’m working with this guy? He’s the other smartest guy in WoW.” Detective X, “Destruction missed their flight because of something you did?” Skreem, “Some THINGS I did. When I make a mess of someone’s life, I do it right.” Detective X, “Chopper, Cutthroat, I know it won’t help the situation, but I didn’t know he did that.” Skreem, “you loved the idea. What are you doing to me?” Chopper, “We don’t care who knew what when. We know that right now, we are ready to fight you. Either you both come to this ring, right now, or we drag you here.” Al comes out. “I don’t know what the Detective knew, but Skeleskreem’s actions will be punished. You will wrestle a non-title match-right now.” Destruction defeat Skeleskreem and Detective X.

8) Beer Can Man and Massacre are talking about Memphis Prince’s title challenge coming up next. They claim that the Prince knows how to beat Samson, and their will be a title change very shortly. Big, Bad Doctor walks up and says his friend will handle the Prince with ease. They continue to exchange words, and Massacre mocks BBD’s losing a match to a guy with one eye. Beer Can Man decides to take off at this point as BBD and Massacre look like they’re going to fight. Security splits them up before damage is done.

9) Samson retains the WoW title against Memphis Prince. Once again, Massacre and BCM attack, but this time, Samson is joined by Big, Bad Doctor. The two men make quick work of the Prince and his minions.

Weekend Attitude 8/20/94
The Ballroom

1) Al opens the show by telling us that one of WoW’s affiliated talk shows had been sent a tape. They provided this tape to the office. He sends us to the video. It’s another view from a metal catwalk in the ceiling of an arena. The set for the show is recognizable as the Red, White, and Blue Bash. The shadowy figure speaks. “I’m still here. Don’t want you to forget me. I’m enjoying this show very much. I should be on it, you know. Things happen, and life takes some very unexpected turns. After that one match, the match I still can’t believe happened, mine took a very weird turn…right off the highway and into this big, empty, dirty ditch. I tried getting back on the highway, but that’s when things got really weird. I’m not back yet. Not ready. Even when I am, I can’t do anything about that match…that one match. They never found him…he went splat…I think. So now what am I going to do? I can’t fight the splat. I’ll figure it out. I always do. When I do, it’s never good for somebody. Since I can’t fight the splat, I think it’s going to be bad for everybody.”

2) Devastatia over Mynx.

3) HFK and VTC over Perfection. After the match, HFK gets on the mic. “These guys were a monkey on our back. We had to beat them twice to prove that we really kicked that monkey. We did it. They were a great team, even in their advancing years, but they weren’t us.” VTC, “ Now that that’s done, we’re done. Our goals have always been as solo acts. The Kid helped me during a rough patch, and I appreciate that.” HFK, “he’s right. We each have our own goals. We both want Samson. We both think we can beat him. Now it’s a matter of who gets their first. Of course, it will be me. Sorry, pal.” VTC laughs, “may the best man win.” HFK, “he will, and it will be me…I’m not being funny here.” With that, HFK superkicks VTC. He motions to the back, and Big Rig comes out. BR powerbombs VTC twice. “The big man is my insurance policy. He’s come up a little short against Samson a couple of times.” BR, “Not happy about those matches, but I learned something. I think I can help The Kid relieve Samson of that belt.”

4) Valkyrie, with Mandonna, over Vegas, with Ezekiel.

5) Cesar Sleaze over MCFrosty.

6) The announcers tell us there’s a commotion behind the arena. The black car that Femme Fatale disappeared in has pulled up. A security guard says something to someone in the driver’s seat, and immediately rushes to the trunk. He and another guard open the trunk and looked shocked as they remove what appears to be a body bag. However, the bag is squirming. They unzip the bag, and a bound and gagged Femme Fatale rolls onto the blacktop. Before they can undo any of the bindings, a voice behind them says “wait!” The camera swings around, and Trixie has popped up through the sunroof. “For a woman who is supposed to be such a valiant warrior, she sure cries a lot. Remember me? Yea, I know you do. It was little old Trixie all along. Do you remember when I was here before, and this bitch ran me off? I was just killing time before I decided to scare this crybaby into thinking somebody was trying to kill her. Gosh, she’s a coward. What a whiner. Well, I gotta go. See you round.” Trixie drops back into the car, and a second later it peels away into the night.

7) Mean Streets defeat White Lotus for the second time. After the match, Mr. Bonsai calls WL and Ginzu into the ring. He reveals a promise they all made. They’ve been rivals with Mean Streets for years, but they’ve always had the upper hand. After the first lost to MS, they decided that they had no business losing to MS. They set up this rematch to determine their own worthiness. After losing both matches, they have decided that they are not worthy. Bonsai says that he’s going back to Japan. He encourages the men to follow, but all three decline. He admonishes them for their arrogance, and demands they not embarrass their homeland any further. Ninja and Ginzu are very subservient, but Masakari gets angry.

8) Jenny Dreadful defeats Aurora in a barbed-wire match. The crow comes out with Jenny, but Penny follows and appears to call it away. Jenny is furious. However, even without help, she defeats Aurora.

Summer Smash 8/27/94
San Juan Stadium

1) We open in the ring. Grand Manga successfully retains the Cruiserweight title against Magnifico. Afterwards, GM goes under the ring and brings out one of the tag title belts. “Detective X, I bring this to you. Ryan Regret, you don’t care about me or my title, well, my ex-manager, I care less than nothing about you. Anyone who wants help fighting Regret’s guys, call me. I want to fight them myself.”

2) Big, Bad Doctor defeats Massacre by Countout. While Memphis Prince distracts the ref, Beer Can Man tries to hit BBD who is being held by Massacre. BBD moves and BCM catches Massacre right in the face. After Massacre recovers, he goes after BCM. The Prince manages to break them up, but while all this is transpiring, Massacre is counted-out.

3) We are visited for the first time in a while by Ichabod Twist. He is with Kannibal Keith and Mort Ishun. Twist, “The Festival of Samhain is still a few months away, but it’s never too early to warn the mortals about the dark tide that will rise at this year’s Halloween Hellraiser.” Keith, “correct as always, Twist. This year, on the night the barrier between the living and the dead is at its thinnest, the King of Hell will return for the unholiest of vengeances. One man in particular will have his days numbered. I don’t need say the name. He knows what he unleashed last year when he managed to overcome the King on one fateful night. A night we will never see again. Samson, say your prayers to whatever ineffectual god you implore when all seems lost. All IS lost, you false hero, but no god can save you.”

4) Ace of Spades wins the TV title from Sumo San. He dedicates the win to Chance Solar and Sgt. Shipley. “Fatboy, where’s your manager? He’s nowhere to be found. You know why? He knew I would be winning this title tonight. In his soft little belly, he knew. He knows something else…he’s done, and his boys are done. He ran Manga off. I just beat your ass, and a team that shouldn’t even exist beat the tag champs. Your empire’s falling, Fatboy, and you’re about to get crushed by the rubble.”

5) Memphis Prince over King V. Massacre and Beer Can Man attack the King, but Big, Bad Doctor makes the save.

6) Skeleskreem and Detective X are announced separately for their title defense. ‘Skreem says it was X’s idea. X says he’s starting to wish he’d listened to Chance Solar. Skreem, “my good Detective, I am not a good man. You knew then when you reached out. In fact, I think that’s why you reached out. I am the fire with which you wanted to fight another fire. Now, you get cold-feet? It’s a little late.” X, “Skreem, I did think you would make a good partner for the battles ahead, but I was wrong. My soul is dirtier for associating with you. That being said, I value these titles, and I will uphold my end of the bargain to do my best defending with you.” Skreem, “that’s all I can ask.” However, Destruction prove to strong, and regain the titles in a quick match.

7) Valkyrie is backstage and she’s been cornered by The Smooth Criminals. Vegas says they don’t like to smack broads, but Val’s barely a broad. She slaps him. Vegas tries to hit her, but she blocks it and slugs him. He staggers back, and Ezekiel eats a clothesline. They press their attack, she fights back, and they are soon running for lives with her in pursuit.

8) In a Ladies title match, Elfette wins the belt from Elara Nexus.

9) Samson retains the WoW title against Chicano.

Monday Night Live 9/5/94
Empire Gardens

1) Trixie over Ms. Misery. Afterwards, Trixie asked the crowd if they’ve seen Femme Fatale. She says “you won’t. I’ve got her running scared. Her misguided attempt at “vengeance” has backfired horribly.”

2) Damage Control come out. Quan, “Me and Pharaoh saw them Beat ‘em up boys talking about how they ended White Lotus. Maybe so, but it only took 100 years’ worth of matches to beat them twice. That ain’t nothing to celebrate. If you really think you’re a couple of tough guys, then come on out and show us. All we see if two guys that got lucky, twice. We ain’t impressed.” Mean Streets answer the challenge. Damage Control defeats Mean Streets.

3) Mandonna’s Boutique is open, and the guest is Valkyrie. Mandonna has one question, “why?”. Val, “I assume you mean why did I help you? We never really talked about it. But I’m not the touchy-feely-talk-about-your-feelings-type. To be honest, we aren’t a lot different. I’m a woman who is more like a man in a lot of ways, and you’re the opposite. There’s not a damn thing wrong with that. It’s who we are, and I’m not going to let two goons like Vegas and Ezekiel treat you that way just because they don’t like the clothes you want to wear. It was good enough for Pelvis before…what happened? It took me a while to realize how I felt so I let you take more shots than you deserved-“ Mandonna, “sweetie, the fact you came at all is fine by me. I was ready to walk away from the only home I’ve known in this business. With you at my back, we can take those guys down. Thank you.” Val, “Smooth Criminals, this broad’s already kicked your ass more than once. You know what? Mandonna’s more man than you two cowards will ever be.”

4) In a three-way match, Masakari, Ninja Storm, and Great Ginzu fought to a 30-min. time-limit draw.

5) Avery over Cletus Mullet, with Zeke Mullet. Zeke and Cletus double-teamed Avery after the match.

6) Kannibal Keith over Johnny Kobra.

7) Cesar Sleaze over Average Son. Sleaze, “kid, you better be glad your Daddy is signed to another company. If he could be here, he would be out here whipping your tail for making the Average name look so bad.”

8) HFK, with Big Rig, over VTC.

9) In a Cruiserweight title match, Grand Manga retains against Dizzy Lixx. Mr. Fantasy interrupts GM’s celebration. “I have a special announcement. At the request of my good friend, Ryan Regret, the legal manager of Grand Manga here, I will be making a once-in-a-lifetime change in the status quo. You see. Manga is, as I said, still under the legal representation of Ryan Regret. I know that the agents supposed to work for the client, but GM’s not real bright because he didn’t read his contract. Grand Manga is owned, 100%, body and soul, by Ryan Regret. If anyone wants to challenge it, feel free. You will lose. Apparently, GM heard Regret say something’s that he didn’t like and he’s pouting about it. Understand this…those things you overheard Regret say are things he was eventually going to say to your stupid mask. Please don’t be so arrogant as to think you got something over on my colleague. You aren’t that smart. All that being said, Ryan doesn’t care about you anymore. He’s releasing you from the contract because he just doesn’t care anymore, and frankly, neither do I. Here’s my unprecedented move. The Cruiserweight Cup is in 3 weeks. For the first time, the Cruiserweight champ will be in the tournament. Any match in which you participate will be a title match, and, if you end the night without the title….you’re fiiiiiiiiired!”

Sports Entertainment 9/15/94
Golden Plaza

1) HFK and Big Rig interrupt the announcer’s intro to the show. HFK demands Samson come out and face him. The champ immediately does so, and walks right up to HFK. Rig steps in front of his partner and Samson laughs. “You hiding behind somebody bigger is par for the course. You’ve been doing it your whole career. Don’t forget, Chet, that I’ve beaten up your stooge her more times than I can remember. You stay mouthy, and I will plow right through him and you.” Samson turns to leave and Rig grabs his shoulder. Samson spins back around, slugs Rig, and the lifts him for the Bulldozer. As Samson arises from hitting the Bulldozer, HFK catches him square in the jaw with a Skye High Kick and lays him out. HFK “pins” the champ with a three-count he handles himself. He quickly gets up and leaves, with Rig still out on the mat.

2) Troglo and Overshock over Flex Deltoid and The Doberman.

3) Al is about to interview Penny Dreadful. Jenny Dreadful’s crow flies into the scene. Penny starts muttering some unintelligible words when Jenny charges in a with “leave my bird alone!” She cheapshots her sister. Al asks what she’s doing. “That witch is messing with my service crow!” After a couple more kicks, “Sis, leave my crow alone, or I will have him eat your eyeballs.”

4) Great Ginzu over Chief Buffalo.

5) Freakshow come out. They have a video they want to show everyone. Lixx, “Klown and I have acquired some video of an interview Average Guy did. He is asked about Average Son, and if he is disappointed in his failure as a WoW wrestler. This is his response. The video is of a crying, screaming, chubby toddler throwing temper tantrums. Klown, “see what we mean, fans? For anyone doubting that is Average Guy, look. Fat, crying, and red-faced…that’s him all right.” “Shut it off,” we hear as Average Son comes out. “Shut it off, now!” Freakshow laugh at Son’s anger. Lixx, “what if they don’t? You’re going to beat up a production guy? My money is on the video jockey.” AS, “keep my Dad out of this, you trash. My success or failure is up to me, and his opinion is irrelevant. I haven’t spoken to him in over 5 years, and I’m happy with that. You two are going to pay the price for bringing him into this.” Klown, “Oh, no, Dizz, he’s mad at us. You need to change your name to extremely below Average Son. You suck. You want either of us, just say so. Anytime, anyplace.”

6) Ryan Regret’s team of Chicano, El Presidente, and Sumo San defeat Ace of Spades, Masakari, and Grand Manga. Chicano and Regret argue openly at several points in the match.

7) The Mad Arab over Fireball.

8) Al is with Mr. Fantasy. MF mentions that it was nice to see Ryan’s team “take out the trash.” Al mentions the dissension between Chicano and Regret. MF calls it a “disagreement between work colleagues, happens all the time.” He then gets to why he’s out here. “It took everybody is the office to convince me, beg me, not to press charges against Chance Solar for striking me. I’m a man of mercy, though, so I gave in. Here’s what is going to go down, though. Chance and Shipley are suspended till the end of the year. Well, there’s one small exception. Sometime in December, Chance will get one match…against me…and the partner of my choice. Should Solar win that match, he and Shipley will be reinstated 1/1/95. The most likely scenario is that my partner and I win, in which case Solar and Shipley are fired without an option to rehire permanently. In other words, everybody’s hero has one match left in this company. Watching him slink away in defeat will be so satisfying.”

9) Elfette retains the Ladies championship against Elara Nexus.

Weekend Attitude 9/24/94
Mid-South Court


1) The Mullets are out. Cletus says that “Avery Hotstepper” challenged them to be out here to open the show. Zeke says “hippy don’t worry us none.” Avery comes out and says he’s got a special partner to help him against the Mullets. Cletus, “is it that Frosty guy you hang out with? I hope it’s him ‘cause I’ve wanted to kick his stupid-looking ass since the first day I saw him.” Avery, “sorry Cletus, it’s not my boy Frosty this time. Although he wouldn’t have any problem with either of you two dirt-farmers. No, my partner this time is the man who has come back from the brink of death, my main man, ROMEO. The Hotsteppaz destroy the Mullets in seconds. Romeo grabs a mic, “they said I’d never wrestle again, but here I am, better than ever. Destruction, that’s bad news for you. If throwing me off a 20ft. platform didn’t end me, what else you got? “Avery, “what you got, boys, is a lot of hurting. We’re going to hurt your bodies and your souls when we take the tag titles. No more singing and dancing for now. The only steppin’ we will be doing is on your necks.”

2) In a three-way qualifier for the Cruiserweight Cup, Johnny Kobra defeats Nuclear WarHawk and Skeleskreem.

3) In a qualifier for the final spot in the Cruiserweight Cup, Blizzard defeats Brimstone.

4) Trixie over Valley Girl. Trixie asks the crowd, again, if they’ve seen Femme Fatale. “I know she’s cowering in the dark somewhere, waiting for little me to finish her off. FF, I’ve quit looking. I won. I’ll be the first to admit our little saga took longer to play out than it should’ve, but I won and that’s what’s important. Now it’s back to the important stuff like winning titles.”

5) The Smooth Criminals are out. Vegas, “those two make me sick. Mandonna, here this. I never liked you one bit. Boss Jr. and the Prince paid me well enough to tolerate you, but that’s it. Right now, we couldn’t care less about you.” Ezekiel, “my momma raised me to never strike a female, and until you stuck your nose in our business, Valkyrie, I never had to. After hearing you pour your heart out over how you and Mandonna “do things differently, and you’re happy about it…blah, blah, I told Vegas I didn’t feel bad about punching you in the face anymore. You know why? You’re more male than female. You said it yourself, sort of. Here’s the thing, Val. We’ve been holding back on you. Not anymore. Next time we get our hands on you, we’re going to whip you like any other dude we fight.” Vegas, “you’ve embarrassed us for the last time.”

6) Samson and Big, Bad Doctor over Massacre and Beer Can Man.

7) Killer Klown over Average Son. After the match, Dizzy Lixx attacked and beat down AS. As Freakshow worked him over, a figure charges the ring. It’s Average Guy!!! The announcers repeatedly tell us that Guy is signed with ABCW, and his actions have nothing to do with WoW. He runs off Freakshow. As he tries to help his son up, AS pulls away and yells at his father to leave him alone. He shoves Guy and staggers to the back. Guy follows in an attempt to talk to him, but Son will have nothing to do with it.

8) We see a P4V commercial for the Cruiserweight Cup. In addition to the Kobra and Blizzard, who qualified tonight, the tourney will feature Cabb, Kannibal Keith, Magnifico, and Masakari. The final two will be our participants in the next match, Suicide and champion Grand Manga.

9) In the main event, Grand Manga retains against Suicide. Ryan Regret comes out and reminds GM that he has to repeat tonight’s achievement 3 more times next week, or he loses the title and his job. “I can’t say that I will be sorry to see you go. Never really like your attitude, but you were a means to an end.”

5) Skeleskreem is backstage complaining about not being part of the tournament to anyone who will listen. Ichabod Twist walks up, and Skeleskreem isn’t happy to see him. Twist asks Skreem if he can feel it coming. ‘Skreem, “yes, Twist, we know. Undermaster is retuning, Yeah! If you were really as attuned to the dark side as you claim, you take a greater interest in things outside of Undermaster and Morty’s little world. You’re just their stooge. I have had dreams that would make your little chums piss themselves. Get away from me.”

6) Semi-Final- Grand Manga over Johnny Kobra. Chicano came out to distract GM, but it backfired and cost Kobra the match.

7) Semi-Final- Suicide over Masakari.

8) VTC interrupts the introductions to the main event with an ultimatum for HFK. The Kid comes out. VTC says that he’s aware that Kid has a title match coming up. Next week, WoW will be in London at Prince Charlie Hall. “I will put $50,000 up against your title match.” HFK accepts. “Ironically, I will use some of that scratch to pay a few guys to take you out since I’ll be too busy defending my title. Vlad, you’re financing your own destruction.”

9) In the main event, Grand Manga defeats Suicide, thus retaining his title and his job. Mr. Fantasy is chafed at having to present him with the trophy, and he does so in a terse, annoyed manner. Ace of Spades comes out and demands that Fantasy “be nice, or you’re going to get messed up.” Fantasy manages to say “congratulations on a well-earned victory,” through gritted teeth. Ace order him to shake GM’s hand. As he’s about to do so, Chicano, El Presidente, and Sumo San attack. Masakari comes to help AoS and Manga. The brawl is ongoing as the show ends.

Monday Night Live 10/3/95
Prince Charlie Hall

We open in the middle of a brawl between Femme Fatale and Trixie. After being separated, FF says, “ Trixie, you don’t possess the ability to force me away from anything against my will. I’ve been laying in wait, biding my time, and making you feel good about yourself. Now I’m going to crush all that good right out of you.” Trixie, “Eh, I’m a little shocked you showed your stupid-looking mask around here again. Then again, you never had the sense to get that you are always a loser when I’m involved. Since all these little boys won’t let us finish this here, let’s take it to the ring,” Both women broke away from the security guard and raced to the ring. Trixie, “you might as well get a ref. I’m not leaving until I get to make a loser yet again.”

1) They started fighting again. A ref rolled in and called for the bell. Trixie goes on to defeat Femme Fatale. Trixie asked FF if “she’d finally come to her senses.” FF, “I’m thinking just fine, child. You know this won’t end till one of us can’t wrestle anymore, and that’s going to be you.”

2) Ryan Regret and Sumo San come storming out. Regret says that he heard The Hunk is backstage. He’d like to deliver a message, but his “Hollyweird Entourage” won’t let anyone near him. “I’ll deliver it from here. I know you’re in London filming a movie, so the fact that your backstage only means you had time from your o-so-busy schedule to pay us peons a visit. Take this back to your coked-up director…he’s got the wrong guy. You’re a fraud, Hunk. You want real talent. I got ya’ talent. Me, Sumo, El Prez, and, uh, maybe Chicano. We will turn the movie industry upside down. They will need a special wing just to hold all of our Oscars, Emmys, and Golden Globes-“ Before his rant can continue, The Hunk comes out in street clothes. He’s laughing. “Regret, I will give you this. You might make it in Hollywood after all. You’re a funny guy. I can’t say much for the rest of your little bunch of rejects, but you’ve got comedy chops. I can see you playing Man-in-Restaurant #3 in a bunch of straight-to-video releases. I can see Fatboy in a Weight Watchers commercial. He’d work well there. All that aside, you made a mistake. You called out the Hunk…stupid, stupid move. You think that because I came out here in my $15000 shoes, and my $700 shirt, that I won’t do anything but talk, and you feel safe. I subscribe to the “its better to ask forgiveness than permission deal. When my director asks me why I got in the ring when I’m not supposed to, I will ask…Hell no, I won’t. The Hunk doesn’t ask for forgiveness or permission. The Hunk kicks ass when its time to kick ass, and guess what time it is?” Hunk charged the ring and Regret fled. Sumo met him and they briefly brawled before Hunk hit the Hunka Dunk and covered him as the crowd counted three.

3) Al comes out and introduces WoW champion Samson. Before he can get started, a weird sound is heard over the PA. The ring announcer speaks up and says it sounds like dirt being shoveled. At the same time, he gets a message from the back telling him to look under the ring. He pulls out a dirty, well-used shovel. Written on one-side of the handle, in some kind of red ink, was RIP BBD 10/3/95. Samson says, “it’s the Doctor. Why did you know to get this?” The ring announcer says the production truck got a phone call instructing him what to do. Samson, “what the hell does it mean? I talked to Doc this morning, U.S. time. He was fine except he wanted to be here with us.” The lights go out, and the screen lights up. It’s an outdoor scene at night. Mort Ishun and Kannibal Keith are standing there. Keith, “Samson, your friend, the Doctor, is definitely not fine. Unless he has a grave fetish, that is.” Keith and Mort step back, and we see a grave shape mound of freshly-moved dirt. There is an upside-down cross stuck in the ground at one end. “That very shovel was used to pile dirt on a plain, pine box containing his, at the time, very alive body. How we got it over the ocean in a few hours is our secret. What we used to get where we are in the process isn’t really important. It’s why we did it. Undermaster’s coming for his title Samson. He will eviscerate you to get it. The Doctor meant less than nothing to the Master, other than being a confidant of yours. That made him a victim. Mort, let’s depart before the stench of death becomes unbearable, even to such as us.” Without a word, Samson charged to the back, yelling about calling the cops in America. Al responded, “which cops?”

4) Ronny Believer and Cabb over Mean Streets by countout. Damage Control’s music played, and The B.U.’s took off mid-match.

5) Ezekiel, with Vegas, over Mandonna, with Valkyrie. Vegas attacked Val at ringside, but she fought him off. However, this distraction cost Mandonna the match.

6) Detective X and Cadaver fought to a double-disqualification.

7) Massacre defeats Beer Can Man. After the match, Brute comes out to protect BCM. He and Massacre square up. He then helps BCM to his feet, after which he hoists BCM onto his shoulders as Massacre climbs the turnbuckle and levels BCM with the team Decapitator. The reunited Gladiators embrace and show solidarity. They are joined by Memphis Prince.

8) In a Steel Cage Match, Jenny Dreadful defeats Penny Dreadful. The ring announcer says that earlier in the evening, a stipulation was added. If Penny wins, Jenny can no longer bring Crow to the arena. After Jenny’s triumph, Crow flies out and lands on the cage. Penny says that if it’s going to be that way, she will bring her own pet. “Maybe it’s time I let Parker out of his cage.” Jenny looks horrified, “you wouldn’t dare. It would upset all your little pals.” Penny, “don’t worry about my pals, sis. They will love the fuzzy little guy.”

9) After HFK and VTC have been announced for the main event, Mr. Fantasy comes out. “You fellas remember when you were valued members of management for a company that used to run this place? After I got sent to the big house, you never really bothered to follow up. You just kind of forgot what we had. It hurt my feelings. That’s in the past, sort of. We’re in England, and I need to throw these good Brits a bone. This is now a three-way match with this guy.” The Doberman comes out. “I know your wondering about your stip. Vlad’s money versus Chad’s title match? Here’s a rider I added to the contract. If Doberman wins, he gets the money and the title shot. Simple, huh? Ring the bell!! Doberman has the advantage over both men for awhile due to their lack of focus. The momentum shifts several times, and VTC comes out in the end. VTC and HFK actually join forces briefly to take out Doberman post-match, until HFK tries to attack VTC. He gets cut off, and Vlad lays him out with the Cruel-Driver.

Sports Entertainment 10/13/94
Rassletorium

We open on a press conference held earlier in the week. Mr. Fantasy is leading it, and his demeanor is markedly different than what the fans usually see. The mod is grim. “Ladies and gentlemen, last week on our programming, we were witness to what appears to be the attempted murder of Big, Bad Doctor by Kannibal Keith and Mort Ishun. Two perpetrators of this heinous act buried the Doctor alive. I won’t glorify them any further. I can report that the Doctor was rescued. He is recovering. As the owner of this company, I am currently weighing how to handle. Wrestling is a sport naturally full of hyperbole. Very violent words get routinely tossed around. Violent acts are often on display. This goes beyond that. Keith and Ishun are currently MIA. Law-enforcement is waiting to talk to BBD before taking action. I will personally keep you apprised of the situation as it develops.”

1) We open live with Al and Mean Streets. The B.U.’s are bragging about ending White Lotus. They say they have Damage Control “looking over their shoulder.” Al mentions how merely hearing Control’s music in London cost them a match as they ran away. Lee says they were actually going after DC, as they knew they were too scared to come out. Al, “oh, really.” Al then looks over Bo’s shoulder and says “speaking of Damage Control, here’s Quan and Pharaoh right now.” MS take off without even looking back. Al laughs as no one approaches. “I thought so, gentlemen, I thought so.”

2) Devastatia and Valley Girl over Mynx and Dandelion. Devastatia did all the work, and then VG tagged in for the pin.

3) Ace of Spades over Flex Deltoid.

4) Skeleskreem is backstage when he is attacked by Destruction. The assault is brief but effective. As ‘Skreem pulls himself to his feet, Detective X calmly walks up and watches. Skreem, “how much did you see?’ X, “enough.” ‘Skreem, “couldn’t be bothered to help?” X, “you had it coming.” ‘Skreem, “are we done as a team?” X, “we were never a team. We were two guys working towards a common goal. When I realized there was no level too low for you to stoop to meet that goal, I decided it wasn’t for me.” ‘Skreem, “leopards and spots and all that...I choose to remain true.” X, “I’m more worried about the scorpion that’s willing to die because it’s true nature is to hurt others. You’ve heard the frog story” ‘Skreem, “It’s my mantra.”
5) The Hunk, Grand Manga, and Magnifico defeat Chicano, El Presidente, and Sumo San. Before the match, The Hunk says that he likes adding insult to injury. He tells Ryan Regret that he got Manga and Magnifico parts in his current movie.

6) Beer Can Man over Brute, with Massacre. Memphis Prince came out to assist the Gladiators. BCM argued with the Prince. Brute tried to attack BCM, but ended up hitting MP. BCM rolled him up for the win. However, BCM was the recipient of another team Decapitator after the match. Brute looked like he was about to have words with MP, but Massacre settled things down.

7) Succubus and Gothica are gloating about how their partner, Jenny Dreadful, was going to win the Ladies’ title from Elfette in the next match. Succubus claimed that a member of the Lilin holding the title would cement their power base for years to come. Gothica calls it a “foregone conclusion” JD would win, and the ensuing celebration would “shake the Gates of Heaven and Hell.”

8) Elfette successfully retains the Ladies title against Jenny Dreadful. Jenny does not have Crow with her. When she appears to be in trouble, Crow flies down from the ceiling of the arena. He circles the ring, and then dive-bombs Elfette. Before he can do any damage, Elfette snatches him out of the sky by his tail feathers. She first looks like she’s going to slam him to the mat, but JD screams “NO!”. The bird shrieks, and Elfette releases it. It flies off to the roof. After this, JD seems completely demoralized and the match ends quickly.

9) Samson retains the WoW title against VTC. Al tries to ask him if he has anything to say about the Big, Bad Doctor incident. “Doc can take care of himself, and I will always have his six. All I care about right now is humiliating Undermaster again in front of the human refuse that populates The Slaughterhouse. If it’s possible for a building to be evil, that building is. I defied the evil once, and I will do it again. Undermaster will never wear this belt again.”

Weekend Attitude 10/24/94
Boston Arena

1) Chicano over Reptile Ranger.

2) HFK over VTC. The Kid is mad at VTC for taking his title shot and keeping the $50k. He’s mad at Fantasy for interjecting Doberman into the match. He’s mad at Doberman for being in the match. “Right now, I’m just kind of pissed at the world. I’m a glass half full guy most of the time, and I’m not going to let all these little setbacks change that. Me and the Rig are going to whittle down my enemies list one name at a time, ending with Samson or Undermaster or whoever I beat for the WoW title.”

3) Masakari over Great Ginzu.

4) Ryan Regret is in a small office. Piranha, MCFrosty, and Blizzard are with him. “Gentlemen, I have reviewed your applications for representation by me. I am seeking a cruiserweight to answer Grand Manga’s open challenge in today’s main event. While you are all indeed cruiserweights, that is the only area in which you qualify for this match. “Piranha, ‘so you’ll get back to us?’ Regret, “No Piranha, I am getting back to you right now. You all stink. Get out of my office.” The three men leave grumbling. Regret flops back in his chair. “I’ll never find anyone now.” Suddenly, a shadow fills the door, and Regret perks up. “Now you’re more like it.”

5) Ichabod Twist is in the ring, and he introduces Mr. Fantasy. “Twist, the only reason that I agreed to this was to tell you that your cohorts, Undermaster, Keith, and Ishun, are the most despicable group to ever operate in WoW. They are criminals, and likely to be treated as such. BASILISK were international terrorists for crying out loud, and they would’ve looked at your little cabal and said, “damn those guys are evil.” Twist pulled the mic away. “Fantasy, please cease your blathering. You’re embarrassing yourself. First off, these men are not my cohorts, cabal, or any other fancy word for “group” you want to throw out. I am merely a humble reporter who is, as they say, embedded. I’m no more party to their machinations than anyone else. If you can’t accept the truth, then you’re the problem. Second, Fantasy, your entire rant reeks of hypocrisy. While you may not known the extent of their depravity, you’ve known all along that Undermaster was not a good person. These people meant nothing to the man who commands Heaven’s fallen.” MF, “your point, Icky.” Twist, “I-cha-bod, thank you. My point is that you are very quick to accept the valise of no small amount of cash that I’ve presented you with the last two years to hold Halloween Hellraiser in my Slaughterhouse. Samson wasn’t far from wrong when he called the building evil. You realize that as well, and yet you quickly accept the dangers to your people that come with once currency is tendered. You’re a hypocrite, Fantasy, or you wouldn’t have anything to do with me and building.” MF looked conflicted. “My people can take care of themselves in that place. Don’t worry about them. That case of money allows me to make some pretty nice payoffs. It’s a risk they want to take.” Twist, “you might want to check with them further. The Slaughterhouse does things to people. Things they might want to avoid a second time….that being sad, you’ve accepted the cash and the contracts. No going back, good sir, no going back.”

6) Damage Control over Mean Streets.

7) Fireball over Average Son. Al tries to stop Son for an interview. He asks him about the consequences of his father’s coming on this show to save him. Son, “the idiot wet his bed, now he can lay in it. He made the choice to come out when he knew he was breaking a ton of rules. His problem now.”

8) Al tells us that Samson has elected to be with family until Halloween Hellraiser in light of what happened to his friend, Big, Bad Doctor. He’s rightfully concerned that Undermaster might target them. He adds that they still don’t have any information they can pass on regarding the Doctor situation, due to legal issues.

9) Ryan Regret comes out with a big smile on his face. “Just when you people think I’m losing my grip…I tighten my fist and grow stronger. It’s the curse of being me. I can’t lose for winning. My charm extends to my clients, and I have a new client as of tonight. Please welcome the next Cruiserweight champion, Ninja Shadow!! NS joins Regret. He starts to say something in Japanese, but Regret cuts him off. “I’ll do the talking, my man.” Grand Manga comes out. He speaks briefly in Japanese to the Ninja who ignores. Regret, “talk to me, in English, little man, or keep your mouth shut. Shadow, win that belt!” Ninja Star does indeed go on to defeat Manga and win the Cruiserweight title. Sumo San comes out after to aid NS in attacking Manga. Ace of Spades make the save. Out of nowhere, Damage Control hit the ring. In spite of the fan’s cheers, they attack AoS. They take Ace down, and he is the recipient of three huge splashes from Sumo San. Regret thanks DC and hands them an envelope. They glance in it, and leave satisfied. Regret calls his men away, and as they leave, he can be heard asking EP “where’s Chicano?”
